The assessment of the attractiveness of tourist attractions can provide recommendations for cities with a developed tourism industry.A tourist city with convenient transportation and rich tourism resources can greatly enhance the attractiveness to tourists and boost the city's income.Therefore,for a tourism-oriented city,how to develop the tourism industry and rationally allocate resources is of great significance to the development of the city.At this stage,the size of tourists and tourist destinations are still difficult for city planners to obtain.The traditional form of questionnaire is relatively costly and difficult to recover.And the existing attractiveness assessment of tourist attractions does not take into account Traffic accessibility,and the influencing factors considered rarely include both attraction attributes and tourist attributes.Based on the above problems,this paper proposes a method of attractiveness assessment of tourist attractions based on latent class logit model.First,the application of social media data and the methods of attractiveness assessment of tourist attractions by domestic and foreign scholars are briefly introduced,and the assessment methods are summarized and reviewed to show that the theoretical approach of this paper does not conflict with existing theoretical studies and reflects the rationality of this method.Secondly,this paper carries out the database design.A set of proposed methods for collecting Sina Weibo data,tourist attraction data and establishing a geographic information database are presented.And the data are cleaned and processed to facilitate the subsequent model building.Thirdly,this paper proposes a method to measure the accessibility of tourism opportunities.Taking the scenic spot as the center,the sum of the number of restaurants and hotels within the 30-minute walkable domain is established as the influence factor to assess the attractiveness of tourist attractions.Finally,this paper proposes a method to evaluate the attractiveness of tourist attractions.The method is based on a latent class logit model,which calculates the probability of tourists choosing attractions and finally obtains the attractiveness ranking of attractions.In order to verify the practicality of this model,an example study was conducted with Harbin downtown as the study area.
