The rapid transformation of technological achievements into real productivity is an important driving force for technological innovation and economic transformation and development.The effectiveness of precise docking between technology supply and demand is the key link that affects the success of the transformation of technological achievements.It is not difficult to see that the effectiveness of technology transfer and transformation is generally not optimistic when inspecting various technology transfer and transformation service platforms that have been established at home and abroad.The important reason is that the massive amount of technical information on the technology supply side is difficult to accurately interface with the technical requirements with high uncertainty and ambiguity on the technology demand side.Existing related researches mainly focuses on the improvement of computer algorithm performance,but the effect is still limited.Based on the traditional purely technical perspective of computer algorithms,this paper,which introduces the theory of meta-synthesis,creatively investigate the impact of human(expert)on the efficiency and effectiveness accurate interface from a management perspective,and comprehensively investigate the effect of the combination of human and machine on precise docking.Thereby,this paper builds a technically accurate dock framework of human-machine integration with a theoretical and practical perspective.This research focuses on the actual needs and problems by the current technology transfer and docking,analyzes the status of domestic and foreign related research,combines docking matching theory and comprehensive integration theory,and proposes the precise docking mechanism based on the analysis of the influencing factors of precise docking.Secondly,the relationship model between artificial factors and docking effectiveness under the framework of human-machine comprehensive integration is studied.Through questionnaires,the influence of the heterogeneity and interaction of the expert group to the docking efficiency is analyzed.Thirdly,the machine system algorithm optimization of the human-machine comprehensive integrated framework is studied.The algorithm optimizations of the demand purification,results analysis and docking matching are also included.Finally,relying on a technology transfer and transformation center,through the questionnaire method,the collected demands are used as model inputs to construct two types of index systems for user satisfaction and docking result evaluation.The effectiveness of model proposed in this paper is analyzed and verified subjectively and objectively.The solutions and suggestions for improving the efficiency of supply and demand technology docking matching were provided from the perspective of technology transfer work.
