In recent years,China's national economy has developed rapidly,driving the steady growth of China's telecommunications industry.Currently,it is developing 5G key technologies and products,and it needs to create a complete industrial chain such as systems,chips,terminals,and meters.It is necessary to promote the construction of backbone networks,metropolitan area networks,fixed broadband access networks,mobile broadband access networks,international communications networks,and application infrastructure.It is required to upgrade and upgrade the national trunk fiber optic cable lines,and promote two-way network and fiber optic transformation.Therefore,it has become increasingly common to deploy fiber optic cables,optical cable construction,or obstacle maintenance work into manholes of communication cables.The communication cable manhole belongs to the transmission network must pass place.Similar to the limited-space operation environment of communication cable manholes,it is generally present in workplaces in various public institutions and industries.The operation environment often causes harmful gases to accumulate due to poor ventilation,or forms an oxygen-deficient state and unsafe behavior of personnel.Endanger the life safety of workers.This paper develops a portable sensing alarm system based on the safety requirements of space-constrained workers to help improve the hazard identification of operators and reduce the occurrence of hazards in confined spaces.The main goal of this paper is to improve the current existing simple oxygen detection alarms,add personnel activity sensing in the original design,and build a wireless monitoring system for the front desk,in addition to the basic functions of the operator to obtain an oxygen deficiency alarm,but also Allows the staff to monitor the alert system through wireless,to understand the status of workers and the environment in the limited space.This system combines the dual functions of self-rescue and external rescue,which can reduce the occurrence of accidental disasters in confined spaces.This article first outlines the concept of confined space,operational regulations,operating points,hazards and detection,hazard prevention,etc.;development from both hardware and software,testing and correcting the hardware of the sensing alarm,and working site data Collect and evaluate.Then the environmental sensor hardware and processing software development process were implemented,hardware testing and calibration were performed,and integration testing was performed at the job site.Finally,the system application and effect were evaluated and compared with the same type of products.The software and hardware system developed in this paper has passed many software and hardware field tests and verifications in the laboratory,and the results prove that the function is very stable.It is hoped that through this research,the completed environmental sensor wireless alarm system can be applied to the on-site monitoring of different space limited space operators to help improve the hazard identification of operators and reduce the occurrence of hazards in the confined space,thus preventing such occupations.The disaster occurred.
