In recent years,the rapid development of China's express delivery industry,in the process of the end delivery problems,restricting the development of the logistics industry.The main reason for the problem of terminal delivery is that the link of terminal delivery is low in information and intelligence,and it mainly relies on the work experience of couriers to judge and process information.Therefore,this paper designed an express delivery information management system to help the delivery personnel process information and assist decision-making,so as to help the Courier to improve work efficiency and solve the problem of terminal delivery to a certain extent.Firstly,the paper analyzes the existing literature on the design of logistics delivery applications,summarizes the lack of mobile phone applications and their functions,and introduces the background of the subject.On the basis of theory,combined with the investigation of a logistics company in Nanjing Qixia Division Company,the overall demand analysis is carried out in view of the deficiency of the existing delivery software.Through the research of Android,map application,intelligent voice interaction and other technologies,the express information sorting,visual function,intelligent voice interaction function,delivery path planning and other functions are designed.Considering the distance of express delivery route and vehicle energy consumption,a mathematical model is established and genetic algorithm is adopted to optimize the two objectives.According to the optimization of the delivery process,intelligent voice interaction function is designed.The back end of the system mainly uses My SQL+PHP to build the server,which is used for the storage and analysis of user information and real-time response to the client's request.At the same time in the process of sending the background silent record user information,data collection;The front end uses Android + i Flytek API+ Auto Navi API to realize information visualization and intelligent voice interaction.At the end of the paper,the function of the system design is displayed and tested,and the important interface and operation steps are shown.The analysis of the running results shows that the system can run smoothly on the mobile terminal and realize the expected functions of the system.The intelligent delivery system based on voice interaction and path planning provides the functions of information collection,analysis and processing of express.It can not only use the path optimization model to get the optimal path,but also simplify the delivery process with the help of voice interaction function to free the hands of couriers.Effectively improve the efficiency of the terminal delivery link,to achieve logistics enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
