With the continuous improvement of people's requirements for knowledge acquisition efficiency, online knowledge sharing has attracted a lot of attention due to its high speed and efficiency. The open source knowledge question and answering(Q&A)community, which is an online knowledge sharing site with the theme of open source development, has also been developing vigorously. In these virtual communities, users can exchange knowledge in the form of asking or answering questions, which greatly improves the efficiency of problem solving. At the same time, this kind of community is characterized by openness and looseness in management, and the behavior of users in the community is highly autonomous and self-organized,which leads to the high interaction complexity of the community. In addition, the community contains a large number of users with different knowledge background, individual characteristics and participation motivation, which is difficult to be analyzed one by one, resulting in the high scale complexity of the community.Combined with the above two characteristics, the open source knowledge question and answer community conforms to the definition of complex system and has the characteristics of dynamics,emergence,self-organization and nonlinear, which leads to the modeling and analysis of the development and evolution process of the open source community facing great challenges. The development of open source Q&A community depends on the spontaneous participation and contribution of users, and the incentive mechanism is the way to encourage users to contribute adopted by most open source Q&A communities. Therefore, the research on incentive mechanism is of great significance to the analysis of the development and evolution process of such kind of communities.Combined with the characteristics of these communities, this paper proposes a method to model and analyze the development and evolution process of the open source Q&A community under the influence of incentive mechanism, which is based on the multi-agent system theory.Based on the modeling and analyzing, this paper constructs the community model of multi-agent system structure by taking Stack Overflow,a popular question-and-answer community in software development field, and proposes the generation mechanism of user contribution under the influence of incentive mechanism according to BDI model theory and self-determination.Finally,this paper uses the real data of the tack Overflow community in 2016-2017 to construct a simulating experiment to simulate its developing and evolution progress on Net Logo simulation platform. And verified the validity of the proposed model by the comparison between results of simulation experiment and real data.
