At present,the most ideal lighting source is LED,and LED lighting is used in more and more scenarios in people's lives.However,due to the immature LED lighting technology,a single LED cannot meet the light intensity and uniformity required by the environment.At this time,the LED light-emitting array can be used as the light source for lighting.Due to the unique light-emitting characteristics of LEDs,it is difficult for LED arrays to achieve uniform illumination.When the illumination area is uneven,glare or shadows will occur.This phenomenon will stimulate the human eyes,easily cause visual fatigue,and cause people's daily work and life.Adverse effects.Therefore,this article mainly studies the uniformity of LED light-emitting arrays,and the main research contents are as follows:In order to study the relationship between the uniformity of the light-receiving surface and the LED arrays light-emitting surface,the relationship between the two is established by the ratio of the side length of the light-receiving surface and the light-emitting surface.First of all,this article uses optical simulation software Tracepro to model the LEDs,and uses Spyro's law to find the maximum flat distance between two LEDs.The simulation verifies the reliability of Spyro's law in uniform illumination.Under Spyro's law,the 2 ×2 LED array is simulated,and the uniformity of the light receiving surface of different sizes is obtained,that is,the uniformity of different side length ratios;the height between the LED and the irradiating surface is adjusted,and the size of the light emitting surface changes.,But when the side length ratio is the same,the uniformity is the same;when the height is constant,in order to achieve large-area illumination,the 4 ×4 ? 6×6 ?8×8 ?10×10 LED arrays are simulated to obtain the uniform illumination area of each array;when the LED spacing is determined,increase Or reducing the height between the LED and the irradiated surface will reduce the uniformity of the illuminated area;the effect of luminous intensity on the uniformity of the illuminated area is studied,and it is found that adjusting the luminous intensity does not affect the uniformity of the illuminated area.In order to verify the accuracy of the simulation conclusions,this article uses hardware such as STM32 single-chip microcomputer and BH1750 FVI light sensor to build an LED lighting experiment platform.Taking a light-emitting array composed of 4?16 LEDs as an example,the reliability of the simulation conclusion of the uniform lighting of the LED lightemitting array is verified,the possible causes of the unevenness of the LED light-emitting array are analyzed,and measures to reduce the unevenness of the LED light-emitting array are proposed.
