Research On Intellectual Property Information Service Of Double First-class University Library In Yangtze River Delta Region

The 14th Five-Year Plan makes clear the important position of intellectual property protection in the current era,and innovation promotes social development.China vigorously innovates,but the people have little knowledge of patent inventions and weak awareness of copyright.Domestic innovation vigorously,but the less understanding of patented invention,copyright consciousness is weak,therefore,rely on the traditional intellectual property department has already been unable to meet the social demand for intellectual property rights nowadays,intermediate service for the intellectual property information service development of innovative products to provide a solid backing.According to the cross-disciplinary characteristics of intellectual property and users' demand for high quality intellectual property information services,it is inevitable to separate intellectual property information services and build systematic services.In order to realize the integration construction of intellectual property in the Yangtze River Delta region,the "double first-class" university libraries in the Yangtze River Delta region should enrich the types of intellectual property resources,balance the input of intellectual property resources according to the reality,increase the types of targeted services,strengthen the participation service of information literacy,broaden the media platform of intellectual property information service,strengthen the publicity and promotion of the platform,attach importance to the evaluation and demand of readers,and improve the intellectual property information service.Based on the Yangtze river delta region "double" first-class university library as investigation object,remove does not contain intellectual property information service of university libraries,for the rest of the 16 pairs of first-class university library information service and intellectual property 16 investigation and analysis of a college student,sum up the Yangtze river delta region "double top" intellectual property rights of university library information service development,the existing problems,corresponding strategies and the definition of intellectual property,intellectual property information service and intellectual property information service of university library,and clarifying the functional orientation,nature and characteristics of the concept.The third part designs the investigation of intellectual property information service of "Double First-class" university library in Yangtze River Delta,including the information service of "double first-class" university libraries in the Yangtze River Delta region,including enriching the types of intellectual property resources and balancing the input of
