Information services based on blockchain technology have outstanding credibility and sharing characteristics,and are rapidly forming value-added applications in areas such as digital finance and electronic depository.However,the untrusted blockchain information service cannot self-certify the authenticity of the information,and the irreversible nature of the blockchain information record and the fast-synchronous storage of node information increase the difficulty of supervision.Illegal and disorderly blockchain information services will become hidden dangers in cyberspace.In 2019,the Cyberspace Administration of China promulgated the "Regulations on the Management of Blockchain Information Services",which comprehensively stipulated the information services providers,regulators,information service content,and security assessment requirements of the blockchain.Meanwhile,because the blockchain information services are in their infancy,there is currently little research on the security management of blockchain information services.The existing research is mainly focused on risk analysis,policy discussion and evaluation mechanism.Therefore,it is necessary to use standardized methods to evaluate the security of blockchain information services in advance to ensure the vitality of blockchain technology applications.At present,the method of information content security assessment for blockchain information service is still blank.In order to solve this problem,this paper standardized research methods,around the blockchain information content security problems of information service,analyzes the overall safety goals and requirements,and determine the application to information service based on the consortium blockchain information service presently safety assessment target,this paper proposes a safety assessment model and matching blockchain information service adaptability evaluation index system.On this basis,this paper carries out detailed design for the safety function and safety guarantee requirements in the evaluation index system,and carries out simulation evaluation experiment for the application of a block chain electronic invoice platform based on the proposed evaluation model and index system.Main innovation point of this article is the evaluation standard and methods in the field of information security,information services,extended to blockchain oriented information content security assessment requirements,mainly on information lifecycle perspective designed a safety assessment model,and the model of the main security issues,safety requirements and the evaluation index system has carried on the detailed design.Due to the rapid development of blockchain technology and blockchain information service and the complex management requirements,this paper is expected to provide heuristic ideas for the security construction and security assessment of blockchain information service.
