With the increasing demand for social innovation,the traditional innovation mode with the enterprise as the core can not meet the social demand for personalized products.Crowdsourcing design service mode,as a new service mode of using Internet to gather social scattered innovation resources,provides a new solution to this problem.At present,the application of crowdsourcing design service mode mainly focuses on simple tasks.For complex tasks that occupy an important position in social production,how to realize the accurate matching of service resources and the optimal selection of service resource combination in crowdsourcing design service process is an important problem that needs to be solved urgently.Therefore,based on the existing research results at home and abroad,this paper makes the following research and Exploration on the matching and optimization method of complex task-based crowdsourcing design service resources.Firstly,the characteristics of crowdsourcing design service resources,the characteristics of complex task-based crowdsourcing design service pattern and service pattern requirements are analyzed.On this basis,the implementation framework of matching and optimization of complex task-based crowdsourcing design service resources is established.Secondly,a technical knowledge super network model composed of expert sub network,object sub network and knowledge sub network is constructed.By calculating the object correlation degree,knowledge correlation degree and super edge correlation degree in the process of crowdsourcing task matching,the Bayesian reasoning method of super network is used to match the appropriate service provider for crowdsourcing task.Then,a decision-making index system of crowdsourcing design service resource combination optimization is constructed,including service time,service cost,service capability and service reliability.Combined with the constraints of service demander and service provider,a crowdsourcing design service resource combination optimization decision model is established,and NSGA-III algorithm is used to solve the model.Finally,based on the above research results,a set of complex task-based crowdsourcing design service resource matching optimization system prototype is developed,and the above research results are preliminarily applied and verified,and some application effects are achieved.
