Manufacturing industry directly reflects a country's productivity level,and equipment manufacturing industry is the core of manufacturing industry.At present,most small and medium-sized equipment manufacturing enterprises in China adopt the discrete manufacturing mode,they in addition to face product variety,small batch,production material variety,complex production process and so on,is also facing such problems as shortage of funds,shortage of technical personnel.How to achieve faster production efficiency,lower production cost and increase enterprise competitiveness under the condition of little or no increase in operation cost is an urgent problem for small and medium-sized equipment manufacturing enterprises to consider.Using the theory of industrial engineering to analyze the capacity bottleneck of the final assembly system of discrete equipment manufacturing enterprises and develop the optimization scheme,then using the simulation software for modeling analysis and compare the optimization results,it is an effective method to solve the above problems with low cost and high efficiency.This thesis adopts the theory of industrial engineering and system modeling and simulation method,and combined with the practical experience of the author,through the theory of industrial engineering of a forging enterprise press assembly system the analysis of existing problems and put forward the improvement scheme,and then through the system simulation software simulation optimization,evaluating improvements expected effect.First of all,describes the research background,significance,theme and content of the thesis,which analysis method is used,which theory is used;secondly,based on industrial engineering theory,analyzes the problems existing in the final assembly system of the press in a forging and pressing enterprise,and uses industrial engineering method to make the improvement plan;then,through the simulation software simulation analysis of the assembly system improvement program,and concluded the expected effect;finally,compared and analyzed the optimized results.
