In recent years,with the development of artificial intelligence technology and its continuous integration into the business structure and service process of traditional industries,"commercial applications" of artificial intelligence technology are becoming more and more universal in daliy life and work.For example,Siri?submarine salvage robot and hotel service robot.However,in the actual use process,users will think that artificial intelligence products only meet the realization of auxiliary functions,and with the development of society,users' demands for artificial intelligence products will also change.If users use artificial intelligence products,they hope that artificial intelligence products have the characteristics of independent feeling,understanding and planning,and are expected to make full use of artificial intelligence to improve service quality.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the factors that affect the user's acceptance of artificial intelligence products and to explore the formation mechanism between these factors.In the past,most articles studied the influence mechanism of users using intelligent products in a certain industry field.This article explores the user behavior mechanism of artificial intelligence products in different industry fields.Choosing the three core variables of UTAUT model effort expectation,performance expectation,and social impact,adding two new variables,namely the service quality supported by artificial intelligence and the perceived social interaction,deeply analyze and measure the influencing factors of user acceptance of artificial intelligence products,and finally build the user acceptance model of this article.This paper first deduces the influence of performance expectation,effort expectation and social influence on the acceptance of artificial intelligence products by combing the previous literature.Based on the literature on service quality supported by artificial intelligence,it is inferred that the service quality supported by artificial intelligence affects the willingness to use artificial intelligence products.Based on the service robot acceptance model,infer the influence of perceived social interaction on the willingness to use artificial intelligence products.Using the method of empirical research,combing the literature,compiling the questionnaire of this study using the mature scales of domestic and foreign scholars in the past,analyzing the validity of the data collected by 107 valid questionnaires,appropriately deleting the items,reducing cognitive errors or misunderstandings,and carrying out formal research,analyzing the data of 215 valid questionnaires obtained from formal questionnaires,testing the consistency and effectiveness of the scale,and using SPSS25.0 and Smartpls3.2.9 for data empirical analysis and research,Combined with empirical conclusions to illustrate the mechanism of each factor in the study on the user's intention and behavior of using artificial intelligence products.The final result is that performance expectations,effort expectations,social impact and the service quality supported by artificial intelligence have a direct positive influence on willingness to use.In addition,the relationship test between perceived social interaction and user willingness to use AI products has not passed,effort expectation that there is a positive relationship between users' performance expectations for using artificial intelligence products,and the positive relationship between willingness to use and users' behavior in using artificial intelligence products has been verified.Finally,based on the empirical conclusions,this article proposes recommendations for the business development of artificial intelligence products from the perspective of artificial intelligence product providers.
