The barrage video website originally originated from the Niconico website in Japan.With ACG culture as the carrier,it has become a gathering place for many fans of the second dimension.With the development of domestic barrage video websites,the content they carry becomes more and more diverse,and the cultural core is gradually generalized.Bilibili barrage video website(hereinafter referred to as "Bilibili")is the largest domestic barrage video website with ACG as the starting point.In recent years,Bilibili has gradually jumped out of the comfort zone of the second dimension and is constantly seeking itself Development,expand its own value in terms of content,users,channels,commerce,etc.Now its development has far surpassed similar barrage video sites,and there is a trend toward mainstream video sites.In this process,Bilibili's business layout and operation model for its own development are worthy of discussion.This article takes Bilibili's bullet screen video website as the research object,with the purpose of discussing the operating model of Bilibili's development in recent years,and providing inspiration for the operation of similar domestic barrage video websites under development,and at the same time providing guidance to Bilibili.Reflect on the problems arising in the development in order to provide an optimized operation plan.The introduction part elaborates the research background,purpose and significance,summarizes the related literature on the barrage video website and the operation mode of the video website,and clarifies the research method.The second chapter first explains the concepts of barrage,barrage video websites and their development,and then sorts out the timeline of the overall development of Bilibili,expounding its niche culture period from 2010,The development context of today's pan-entertainment era;Chapter 3 focuses on the analysis of Bilibili's current operating model,and elaborates on the four majordimensions of customer selection,value control,strategic control,and business scope,and analyzes Bilibili.The development of Bili in terms of users,profitability,content,and channels.Chapter 4investigates the users of Bilibili,analyzes the perception of specific objects of Bilibili's operational development in recent years,and discusses its operational effects.The fifth chapter summarizes and reflects on Bilibili's current operating model and the specific situation of the surveyed users,and provides development enlightenment for itself and similar barrage video sites.The research method of this article is mainly based on case analysis method,supplemented by questionnaire survey method,mainly based on the four elements of the operation model in the book "Discovering Profit Zones" by Adrian J.Slevorski,which are selected from customers Analyze Bilibili's operating model at four levels,value control,strategic control,and business scope;combined with certain user perception surveys,sum up the operational implications of barrage video sites,which are Bilibili and the same type in China.The barrage video website and the two-dimensional community put forward corresponding development strategies.
