With the development of the Internet,more and more governments and corporate institutions have begun to make data public,and data opening has become a general trend.To make better use of the open data provided by enterprises and governments and to encourage more public participation in knowledge innovation,many institutions have adopted the open data competition model.The Open Data Contest is a competition form in which the organizer aims to promote the mining and use of public open data on the Internet,and aims to collect successful use cases of open data on the Internet in a certain field.As a new form of open innovation,open data competition has many successful cases at home and abroad but has not yet attracted widespread attention in the academic community.More and more companies and institutions are holding open data competitions to realize knowledge innovation based on value co-creation,but they are limited by research gaps in competition systems,frameworks,processes,models,and the motivation of participating users.Pay the cost and affect the quality of the competition.To better improve the existing open data competition in China,enrich and improve the theoretical framework of existing open innovation research,and promote more enterprises and institutions to realize knowledge innovation and value co-creation through open data competition and other forms,and solve the current open data The organizer of the competition lacks the theoretical guidance of the urgent task.This study takes open data competition as the research object and uses quantitative and qualitative methods such as case analysis,structural equation modeling,social network analysis,and log method to explore the participants' motivation and participation.Collaborative collaboration mode.The main research contents of this article are as follows:In the first chapter,the author expounds on the research background,research purpose,research significance,research content,research method and technical path of this article.The second chapter summarizes the research status of open data competition,motivation for open innovation participation,value co-creation theory and open innovation collaboration behavior.In the third chapter,the author uses the case analysis method to explore the characteristics of the open data competition,the open data platform mechanism,and the open data competition operation mechanism.The fourth chapter,combining stimulus-organism-response theory and self-determination theory,conducts an empirical study on the influencing factors of participants' participation motivation in open data competition.The fifth chapter,based on the social network analysis method,based on the official We Chat group chat records,conducts empirical research on the collaborative behavior of the competition.The sixth chapter,based on the research content of the first three chapters,builds the cooperation model of open data competition based on the value co-creation theory.The seventh chapter summarizes the research of this paper,points out the research innovation and contribution of this paper,and provides targeted management suggestions for the organizers of open data competitions.Finally,the author points out the inadequacy of the research in this paper and looks forward to the future research of the open data competition.
