Research On The Strategies Of Mobilization Of Common Sense In The News Report Of "Building Civilized City"

In the process of "building a civilized city",we can often see or hear phrases such as "mobilizing","mobilizing the general public" and "mobilizing all forces",especially in news reports of the media.Therefore,this paper aims to analyze how the "goal" of "building a civilized city" is mobilized as "common intention" by studying the news reports about "building a civilized city".What strategies have been used to mobilize the public in the news coverage of different media? In order to sum up the experience for the construction of civilized city,this paper studies the mobilization strategy of media in the current process of "building civilized city".Based on Crandall Manson's "Three-Stage Theory of Communicative Mobilization",this paper explains the selection of research objects and the process of research.Combined with the selected civilized cities in Hebei Province,this paper divides the research text into three new and different stages.With the help of Fairclough's three-dimensional discourse analysis,this paper studies how various media form a joint force for the mobilization goal of "building a civilized city" with the help of news reports at various stages,and then constructs a discourse system of common understanding and identification.Through the study,it is found that the government has maintained a certain leading role in "building a civilized city" with the help of various types of media as the main tool of mobilization.The first stage is the shaping stage of the common goal.With the help of government media,the government constructs the target discourse from top to bottom,transforms the original "politicized" issues into livelihood issues through the vocabulary mapping of "people-oriented" construction concept,realizes the "socialized" construction of the mobilization goal,sets up public service advertising signs,and constructs three-dimensional communication.The second stage is the awakening and strengthening of common intention.The mass media set the agenda with the help of news reports,and use news reports with positive emotional tendencies to "touch the hearts" of the audience,so as to promote the generation and formation of the sense of identity among the public.In the form of direct speech,the discourse system of "love city" and participatory communication discourse are constructed for different types of groups,so as to form mutual identity and strengthen.The third stage is the acceptance and internalization of common will.The satisfaction of "building a civilized city" to the public can also reflect the acceptance and internalization of the mobilization of "building a civilized city" to a certain extent.At the same time,we media in this stage also constructed a common sense of mission,and the "city building" action gradually became normal through media reports and publicity of we media.The media did not stop reporting related aspects due to the success of the "city creation" of the city.Instead,a series of long-term systems were successively introduced to meet the background of The Times in social practice,to create a social governance pattern of co-construction,co-governance and sharing,and to try to normalize and make long-term results of the "building a civilized city".In addition to promoting normalization in terms of time and system,it is also committed to continuing urban governance from a higher starting point and realizing the expansion of the mobilization of common will.
