As a basis for technological innovation and market innovation activities,technology opportunities provide many opportunities and possibilities for technological innovation.How to find potential technology opportunities and grasp the correct research direction has always been the focus of attention of relevant institutions and enterprises.Most of the current researches on potential technology opportunities are carried out through mining and analysis of relevant data in a certain field,which often has a certain time lag and is not suitable for the latest field with less research data.In fact,data from similar fields can also be used to discover potential technology opportunities in the target field.If relevant data from the analog target field and the analog source field can be used cooperatively to establish appropriate analog relationships and form a quantitative analysis method for technology opportunities on this basis,more potential technology opportunities in the analog target field can be discovered as soon as possible.At the same time,if we can further combine semantic information to construct their implementation path on the basis of discovering potential technology opportunities,we can enrich and perfect the research system of technology opportunities and provide technological support information for enterprises so as to better realize technological innovation.Based on the above problems,this thesis proposes a potential technology opportunity discovery and its implementation path construction method based on analogy-based design,which mainly includes two parts of research contents: potential technology opportunity discovery and potential technology opportunity implementation path construction.In the part of potential technology opportunity discovery,this thesis improves the traditional method of potential technology opportunity discovery,and introduces analogy-based design method into the research of potential technology opportunity discovery in order to discover potential technology opportunities in the target field more effectively.First of all,a common semantic component related to technology opportunities in analogy-patent effect phrases are selected as analogy knowledge units,and a deep learning method is used to realize automatic extraction of analogy knowledge units.Secondly,semantic vector representation integrating context information is realized for analogy knowledge units by using the method of representation learning,and analogy relationships are established for all vectors based on semantic similarity through clustering to form effect topics.Finally,the opportunity evaluation algorithm is used to calculate the technology opportunity score of each effect topic,and the final potential technology opportunity is determined according to the score.The above method is applied in 5G field for empirical research,and 7 potential technology opportunities are effectively found,including communication failure handling,commercial application development and network traffic management and so on.In the part of potential technology opportunity implementation path construction,this thesis combines and improves the existing technology opportunity implementation path construction methods,and on the basis of potential technology opportunity discovery research,constructing the implementation path in the form of triplets by integrating the semantic correlation between technology topic words and effect words.Firstly,technology topic words are extracted from each patent title based on different rules.Secondly,relation words and effect words are identified from the patent effect phrases extracted from the potential technology opportunity discovery research part,and are combined with the corresponding technology topic words to form a " technology topic words-relation-effect words" triplet to form a preliminary implementation path;Finally,the entity alignment technology is used for data cleaning to form a standard triplet implementation path,which is stored in a graph database for visualization to form a knowledge graph.In the empirical research part,after all the implementation paths are constructed and stored,taking the potential technology opportunities in communication fault handling,specifically,taking the transmission delay as an example,the database query language is used to obtain the implementation paths,and the problem of transmission delay can be reduced through cloud service technology.The research on potential technology opportunities discovery based on analogy-based design and their implementation paths construction can effectively discover potential technology opportunities in the latest field and provide the necessary technical support information for their implementation,thus helping relevant institutions and enterprises to grasp the correct direction of technological research as soon as possible,realize technological innovation quickly and win competitive advantages.Due to the differences in research data,in future research,it may be necessary to design new analogy relationships building methods for different types of research data to discover potential technology opportunities and further extract more technical details related to the implementation path so as to perfect the research on the construction of the implementation path.
