With the emergence of novel technologies such as cloud computing and internet of things,traditional network architecture have been difficult to complete management and configuration tasks reasonably and efficiently in large-scale networks.As an emerging networking paradigm,Software Defined Networking(SDN)separates the control plane from the data plane,which provides numerous benefits such as centralized control and programmability of network behavior.This article analyzes and studies some of the key technologies in SDN,and proposes the following three solutions to the existing challenges:This paper proposes a lightweight automatic topology discovery protocol.For the efficiency,security,message quantity control,and scalability problems in the current topology discovery mechanism in SDN,this paper designs a new topology discovery frame for the SDN topology discovery protocol and provides an automatic approach based on the frame to provide efficient,secure,and scalable topology discovery services.This paper proposes an elephant flow detection algorithm for data center networks.Aiming at the problems of low detection accuracy and large detection overhead of the current elephant flow detection technologies in SDN,a threshold calculation scheme for elephant flow detection based on the characteristics of data center traffic was implemented to realize the real-time and accurate elephant flow detection function.Simultaneously,a reasonable flow table management scheme is designed in this paper,which can obtain the network flow traffic statistics at low cost.This paper proposes a dynamic routing algorithm for data center networks,aiming at improving the network performance and reducing the control overhead of the current routing strategy in SDN.To improve network performance,this paper integrates elephant flow recognition technology with the routing algorithm to perform fine-grained path management on elephant flows.To reduce overhead,this paper integrates flow entry aggregation technology with the coarse-grained management of mice flows.
