Research On The Construction Of Corporate Archives Safety Culture

With the improvement of social Archives Awareness,more and more enterprises realize that enterprise archives play an irreplaceable role in other resources.In order to protect the archives resources and provide better services for all kinds of work,enterprises also gradually pay attention to building a solid security line for archives with various methods.At the same time,the enterprise archives safety culture is accumulated in the long-term process of enterprise archives safety work.It is the gene and password of the integration of enterprise and archives practice work,and also an important part of enterprise culture.Enterprises attach importance to the cultivation of archives safety culture,and constantly edify and guide enterprise archivists to consciously maintain enterprise archives safety through the role of "cultural enlightenment",which not only helps to improve the archives safety quality of enterprise employees,ensure the entity safety and content safety of archives to the maximum extent,but also helps to continuously provide information resources services for the vigorous development of enterprises.Therefore,from the perspective of archives safety culture,this paper studies the construction of enterprise archives safety culture.This paper is divided into five chapters,the first chapter is the introduction of the article,discusses the background and significance of this research,expounds the domestic safety culture and domestic and foreign enterprise archives safety culture research status,and defines the research ideas and methods,difficulties and innovation of the article.The second chapter mainly defines the concept of enterprise file safety culture,from the five aspects of file safety spirit culture,file safety system culture,file safety behavior culture,file safety material culture and file safety technology culture,expounds the specific connotation and function of enterprise file safety culture,and further analyzes the principles of enterprise file safety culture construction.The third chapter discusses the necessity of the construction of enterprise archives safety culture from three aspects: the development of national archives,the practice of enterprise archives work and the construction of enterprise culture,and analyzes and summarizes the feasibility of the construction of enterprise archives safety culture.Based on the survey data,the fourth chapter analyzes the achievements and main problems in the construction of enterprise archives safety culture at the present stage,laying the foundation for the later targeted measures.Chapter 5 focuses on the difficulties and difficulties faced by the construction of enterprise archives safety culture in China,and thinks about the strategies for the construction of enterprise archives safety culture from the five aspects of enterprise spirit cultivation,system arrangement,code of conduct,material guarantee and technology application.At the end of the paper,the shortcomings in the process of investigation and research and the prospects for the future are briefly described.
