With the rapid development of Internet technology and mobile terminals,digital reading has become the main way for Chinese people to obtain knowledge and information.The number of mobile phone users is as high as90%,and mobile reading has become the main way people read.Mobile reading includes e-books,news information,Weibo,We Chat articles,etc.,while book apps are different from other types of content resources.For example,book apps pay more attention to book covers,content layout design,and pages during reading.In terms of layout and other aspects,users' demand for book apps is bound to be different from other types of mobile reading apps,and it is very necessary to conduct a more scientific evaluation of book apps.This article is divided into 7 parts in total.The first chapter introduces the development environment of book apps and the significance of the research on user satisfaction of book apps,as well as the research on domestic and foreign user satisfaction and the user satisfaction of book apps.The research status is analyzed.In the second chapter,the connotation and current analysis of book apps are sorted out,and the basic theories related to user satisfaction of book apps are discussed.In the third chapter,an index system was constructed through the literature analysis method,and after modification and selection through the Delphi expert consultation method,the evaluation index was finally determined.There are a total of 4 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators,and 34 third-level indicators;at the same time;,The comparison judgment matrix is established by the arithmetic average of the scores of 10 experts,all of which pass the consistency test after calculation,and the weight of the index is obtained.The fourth chapter takes the book APP as the research object,constructs a questionnaire and the questionnaire is divided into three parts: the first part includes 12 questions about the basic situation of book APP users;the second part is 34 about book APP user satisfaction The Likert scale question;The third part includes an open question.Finally,340 valid questionnaires were collected and basic information analysis was carried out.The fifth chapter uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation combined with the quantitative results of the questionnaire to perform fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and calculates the satisfaction index of book APP users from the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrix.Chapter 6 compares the satisfaction index of the overall and individual APPs,analyzes and summarizes Problems in its development;Chapter Seven is the summary and prospect of this article.This article uses the above methods to measure and evaluate the user satisfaction of the book APP,obtain the user satisfaction index,and analyze this,and put forward suggestions for improvement.This article also formed a set of evaluation system and evaluation methods to provide references for other types of APP evaluation.
