Research on advanced radar tracking systems under complex electromagnetic environments is the core issue of modern air defense and navigation applications.Based on the radar Belief Propagation tracking theory,at first the factor graph with variable structure framework was proposed.Then the finite-step history correction term and some prior information were considered.The time-varying of the potential target set was improved.Afterword the method was studied deeply for the strong clutter interference environment.Aiming at the common dense clutter environment,the tracking theory was explored from radar data processing.The amplitude and doppler information were combined based on Belief Propagation.At first the Amplitude Clutter Suppression tracking method was proposed.The amplitude likelihood ratio was introduced in the data association.And the target initiation was completed efficiently based on the lower limit of the amplitude likelihood ratio.Then the Doppler Clutter Suppression tracking method was proposed.The doppler likelihood factor was introduced in the same way.And the UKF was employed to initiate the birth targets speed components by using doppler measurements.Simulations show that the Belief Propagation can accomplish multi-sensor multi-target tracking relatively well compared to the Probability Hypothesis Density Filter.The two clutter suppression methods can actively play an important role in the data association and target initiation.They can respond to changes of target numbers more accurately and quickly in various time periods.And they can greatly reduce the OSPA error,improving the multi-target tracking performance.Aiming at the sea clutter interference environment,at first the Double Quantile/Least Squares hybrid estimation method was proposed based on the Generalized Pareto sea clutter model.Then the amplitude information of sea clutter was specifically studied.The amplitude likelihood ratio was corrected in time.And the birth target initial constraints were changed adaptively.At last the Interactive Multiple Model was introduced in the actual battlefield environment.The integration research of sea clutter suppression and Belief Propagation multi-sensor multi-target tracking was realized.Simulations show that the Double Quantile/Least Squares hybrid estimation method proposed can correct the error of Double Quantile estimation method in time.And the proposed method can optimize the estimation accuracy better than the Moment estimation method.Then the Rayleigh and Generalized Pareto distribution are combined respectively under the sea clutter background.The results show that the Amplitude Clutter Suppression-based Interactive Multi-Model Belief Propagation theory can analyze the internal mechanism of sea clutter in time.And multi-maneuvering target tracking under sea clutter interference is completed efficiently.
