Earthwork allocation is a complex resource allocation optimization problem.It is necessary to connect all construction links in a scientific and efficient way,and weigh economic,safety,convenience and other constraints.It has long been an important problem for earthwork workers to intelligently seek scientific and economic earthwork allocation scheme.Limited by the allocation model and optimization means,the traditional earthwork allocation method is difficult to comprehensively consider various linear and non-linear factors as well as the construction geographical environment.And traditional method is unable to automatically coordinate the relationship between various construction links.In view of the shortage of earthwork allocation,this paper combined the intelligent optimization algorithm and GIS technology to carry out an in-depth study of earthwork allocation.The main content is reflected in the following aspects:(1)Four typical intelligent optimization algorithms such as ant colony algorithm,particle swarm optimization algorithm,simulated annealing algorithm and particle swarm annealing algorithm were taken as research objects to construct an algorithm framework suitable for earthwork allocation.The application to a real project verifies that ant colony algorithm has better applicability,optimization efficiency and practicability for earthwork allocation.(2)From a macro perspective,the whole life cycle cost of earthwork allocation was analyzed,and the construction sequence was introduced as a decision variable to establish a dynamic optimal allocation model for the earthwork allocation between regions.The ant colony algorithm was improved to study the model optimization method.The application and analysis to a earthwork allocation project were carried out.The results show that compared with the basic ant colony algorithm,the improved algorithm shortens the running time by about 102 seconds and improves the efficiency.Compared with the linear programming method,the relative error of the minimum cost is about 1.13%.On the basis of approaching the optimal cost,the construction order and non-linear constraints can be considered,which can be better close to the actual cost of the project.(3)From a micro perspective,the allocation path planning was changed from 2d to 3d by considering the terrain environment for self cut and fill earthwork allocation located in complex terrain.A three-dimensional path planning method was proposed based on the ant colony algorithm which improved from the three aspects of state transfer rule,pheromone update strategy and unlocking mechanism.This method is safety,economy and efficiency.Finally,based on the three-dimensional allocation method,combined with the block theory,a three-dimensional self cut and fill model was established.And priority and edge detection strategies were applied to the self cut and fill allocation.(4)With the theory and methods reviewed in the paper,the earthwork allocation intelligent management system was designed and developed which has the fuctions of layer visualization,calculating,partition statistic,and earthwork allocation scheme automatic optimization.It improves decision support for earthwork allocation optimization,communication between management and construction personnel,and reduces unnecessary communication errors.It provides decision support for earthwork allocation to facilitate communication between manager and construction personnel.Furthermore,it reduces unnecessary communication and construction errors.
