As an important part of the construction of public cultural service system,museums bear the important responsibility of guiding social values and public cultural services.By strengthening its own capacity-building,museums provide the public with various cultural exhibitions,public education activities,promotion of cultural creative products,cultural communication and other public cultural services.With the national strategy of cultural power proposed,in the context of the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the people,how to better attract the public,serve the public,meet the public,and accurately provide cultural services has become a new topic for museums.Based on the new public service theory,through the analysis of the connotation and capability of museum public service,this paper constructs the analysis framework of museum public service capability improvement in three levels: service orientation,service goal and service mode.Based on the analysis of the current situation of museum culture supply and public demand,combined with the Enlightenment of domestic and foreign cases,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the public service ability of museums.The development process of museums from cultural relic preservation and research institutions,cultural relic protection and exhibition space to public education and leisure space reflects the transformation trend of museum public service to publicity,socialization,popularity and export-oriented,and reflects the realistic requirements of improving museum public service capacity.Taking Shanghai Museum as an example,the author combs the cultural supply situation of Shanghai Museum,combined with the investigation of the public service demand of Museum,and thinks that the deficiencies of the current museum public service ability mainly include: the cultural value is not fully played,the cultural supply content is not rich,the cultural supply accuracy is not enough,and the museum business ability is not perfect.In view of the existing shortcomings,the author selects three cases of "tangniu" IP,"digital Dunhuang" and Museum School,and obtains the Enlightenment from the perspective of cultural value promotion,digital supply mode and library school cooperation.In order to further enhance the museum's public service ability and meet the public demand,the author puts forward the following suggestions: first,multi-agent cooperation to supply and enhance the service strength,mainly including improving the corporate governance model,promoting the IP authorization model,and improving the volunteer service base construction;second,improving the service mechanism and enhancing the service guarantee ability,including exploring the socialization mechanism and improving the internal mechanism The third is to enrich the service content and improve the ability of enabling cultural value,mainly including focusing on digital transformation,improving public education and creating cultural space;the fourth is to strengthen the research of service objects and improve the ability of accurate supply,mainly including establishing barrier free museums to improve the convenience of cultural supply;establishing non differential museums to realize the equal experience of cultural supply Establish an interactive museum to strengthen the communication and feedback with the public.
