Knowledge Economy era,innovation is the main driving force of economic development,Cutting-edge technology field has become the "arena" that countries are competing to enter.Integrated Circuit(IC)as one of the strategic emerging industries,conducive to China's participation global high-end value chain competition.As a Silicon Valley model typical representative,Industry-university-research collaboration is stimulate the vitality of innovation and promote the transformation of achievements effective mode.Yangtze River Delta as China's integrated circuits have developed rapidly,and how to play "Enterprise-University-Scientific Research Unit" Synergistic potential energy attack "stuck neck" Science and technology is an important strategic issue.The innovation network formed by the cooperation of industry,university and research institutes in knowledge and technology is the current research hotspot,with the transition from static network to dynamic network research trend,the formation and evolution of industry-university-research collaborative innovation network has become an important research topic.This text from that perspective of space-time evolution,taking the development of integrated circuit industry in Yangtze River Delta as an example,firstly,it empirically analyzes the geographical spatial agglomeration pattern and evolution law of IC production,education and research subjects in Yangtze River Delta,the integrated circuit industry is divided into four stages,with the help of Arc GIS,show the main gathering center and direction transfer path,discover the agglomeration evolution path of IUR in the Yangtze River Delta is “point-line-plane”.Secondly,based on the patent cooperation data,the collaborative innovation network of production,education and research is constructed,and innovatively superpose the network and the main geographical location in a visual way,formed Industryuniversity-research collaboration spatial grid.Finally,taking "node-relationshipstructure" as the main logic line,combining geospatial analysis with social network analysis,dig deep into innovative network topology and the evolution law and driving factors of spatial structure.In the process of the evolution of the main network role,universities and research institutes play a key role in the innovation network.Universities represented by Shanghai University,Southeast University,Zhejiang University,Fudan University and SIMIT occupy the structural hole in the network structure and have a strong control over the knowledge and technical resources of IC industry.The locking effect of geographical space in the later stage of industrial development gradually failed,the main body with strong potential energy has the ability of long-distance cross-domain cooperation,"Break the circle" is a new choice for IUR to seek innovative development.In this study,innovation network and geographical location are combined to enrich the research level of innovation network,take the integrated circuit industry as an example empirical research enriches the innovation and development of industry research findings,introducing innovative network research from dynamic perspective overcomes the limitations of previous static network research.At the same time,the summary of the industry-university-research collaborative innovation mode and evolution law is of practical significance in promoting the high-level development of the integrated circuit industry in Yangtze River Delta.
