As a key issue related to the national economy and the people's livelihood,medical problems have always been highly valued by the party and the state.The development of medical industry also guarantees the development of the national economy.Since the reform and opening up,the medical industry in China has developed rapidly,which has basically solved the basic needs of the people for medical treatment.However,due to the vast territory of our country,the development of medical industry in various places is extremely uneven.The more developed the economy,the better the medical conditions and the better the medical services the people can enjoy.However,there are still many underdeveloped areas in China where people are unable to access highquality medical services.Therefore,it is the first task to propose a method that can solve the imbalance of the current distribution of medical resources.This study first learned that the current level of information technology in the medical industry and very high,major medical institutions have a relatively complete medical information system.However,the radiation range is limited,and the information systems of each organization are independent,so many information cannot be shared.However,the huge medical information cannot be shared because of the limitation of network performance.The emergence of cloud computing technology makes this problem solved.This research is based on the cloud computing theory,combined with the service computing theory,breaking the traditional medical service model,and put forward a new intelligent medical cloud service model.Based on the new smart medical cloud service model,this paper analyzes,designs and proposes the architecture of smart medical cloud service.Then,the software engineering methodology is used to model the requirements of the medical cloud platform,and the micro service architecture theory is used to design the system.Finally,J2 EE development platform is used to develop the system.Kubernetes and docker are used to deploy the system and verify its feasibility.The final test results show that the smart medical cloud service platform can be realized by putting the medical resources in different places in the cloud for collaborative sharing,and also successfully building an open,shared,collaborative public utility cloud service environment and platform to realize the transformation of enterprises to digital enterprises.Heterogeneous enterprises and organizations in different places can become cloud organizations through cloud service system.The products,services and resources of enterprises can be obtained by tenants through the shared platform.It can maximize the business value of IT technology to the medical industry and realize the ability of expanding it to promote the innovation of the organizational structure,business process,product and service channels of the medical industry.
