With the development and application of ultraviolet light detection technology,UV cumulative measurement technology plays a crucial role in many fields such as environmental pollution detection,medical care,star observation,military science and so on.However,the existing UV detection methods and detection technologies still have some shortcomings in power consumption,measurement system stability,reliability and integration of measurement systems during transient and cumulative conversion.After studying the original detection technology and the resistance characteristics of the memristor,a sensor for measuring the amount of UV light accumulation based on memristor was designed by combining the photovoltaic detection technology with the resistance characteristics of the memristor.First of all,a single positive and negative tandem memristor sensor is designed.The sensor mainly reflects the UV accumulation in a period of time by the resistance change of the memristor.But,the newly designed sensor still has the shortcomings of low stability and can not be measured repeatedly.According to the deficiency of single positive and negative series memristor sensor,the UV cumulant sensor based on memristor array is designed.The sensor circuit includes the UV light receiving module,the preamplifier module,the memristor array module,the memristor reset module and the memristor error adjustment module.The ultraviolet light receiving module converts the light signal into electrical signal,the preamplifier module amplifies the weak photocurrent signal,the memory array module converts the current change information into the resistance value change information,thus completes the ultraviolet light accumulation measurement.today device reset module is to complete measurement back to the initial state,the sensor can be measured repeatedly,the memristor error adjustment module converts the measuring memristor resistance value information into voltage information,and then forms the difference circuit with the comparison circuit memristor voltage information,which can effectively reduce the error and facilitate signal processing and storage.Finally,the difference voltage signal is amplified and output.The performance of two kinds of UV cumulant sensor circuits based on memristor is tested.From the test results,it can be concluded that measurement of UV cumulant.When the UV power is 5 m W,the UV cumulative measurement range of a single positive and negative series sensor is about 0-30 m W/m~2,and the sensitivity of the sensor is about 285?/(m W/m~2).The range of UV cumulative measurement of the sensor array is about 0-60 m W/m~2,and the sensitivity is about 140?/(m W/m~2).The memristor reset module can restore the memristor module to its initial state and then can be measured repeatedly.The erroradjustment module converts the resistance information into voltage information,and then amplifies the processing,which is beneficial to improve the sensitivity of the sensor.Analysis of three factors affecting sensor performance,among which,when the ultraviolet light increases and the parallel branch of the memory array module increases,the sensor measurement range can be increased,but the sensitivity of the sensor will be reduced;the error adjustment module can reduce the error when measuring,and at the same time,the increase of the sensitivity of the sensor.
