The integration of informationization and industrialization refers to the promotion of industrialization by informationization and informationization by industrialization.With the stricter supervision of product quality and safety in China,enterprises pay more attention to product quality control and brand protection,which promotes the deepening of integration of informatization and industrialization.However,some small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises are unable to meet the needs of the whole production process monitoring and preventive quality management.The lack of information in the production process leads to many difficulties in product traceability.Therefore,it is necessary to use modern information technology to realize the automatic collection of process data and the visual monitoring of the whole process of production based on this data,thereby providing a basis for improving the process,optimizing the process and controlling the production cycle,and to ensure product quality.Based on the design of a weighing sensor manufacturing quality information system,a traceability system of the whole process of the production based on character recognition technology and integration of informatization and industrialization was developed.Through exclusive part barcodes,the production process was tracked and the quality information feedback was converted to the acquisition units.The statistical process control(SPC)method was implemented to count and analyse the process quality data,and the two-way traceability scheme was carried out to identify the specific processes and causes of quality failures of the problem product.Moreover,the demand of quality traceability throughout production was realized.This system is consisted of three modules: character recognition and barcode generation,production process data acquisition and control,product quality traceability.Firstly,the product unique barcode is generated by character recognition and barcode generation rules.Secondly,it is a real-time recording,visual monitoring,and statistical process control of the product life cycle based on the barcode data.Finally,the production process tracking and quality analysis were carried out around the defective product,the processes with hidden problems were optimized timely,and the goal of improving the product quality was achieved.A real practice in some cooperative weighing sensor manufacturer shows that the process quality statistics,salary calculation,preventive quality management,and higher product quality have been realized with this system.The integration of informatization and industrialization was enhanced.Meanwhile,it can provide some reference value for the same type of enterprise to build the production process traceability system.
