In recent years,due to the rapid development of Internet and Mobile technologies,the application of mobile social software has become more international,and the groups using mobile social software have become more diversified.Compared with traditional SNSs,the important disadvantages of international SNSs lie in the cultural limitations of interaction design.Therefore,many SNSs adopt various methods to improve users' satisfaction with the use of SNSs.At this time,the application of enhanced culture in the interaction design of SNSs is gradually being paid attention to,and increasing cultural factors have been taken into account in the design.However,the version of SNSs that has increased cultural design is single and the level of homogenization is relatively high.In addition,language is the main obstacle to the internationalization of SNSs,which seriously affects the user experience.Some people think that SNSs is just software for communication,and it has no obvious influence on cultural integration and innovation diffusion.Therefore,it is necessary to study whether cross-cultural use of SNSs can promote the cultural integration and innovation diffusion of sojourners,and how they will affect users' satisfaction with cross-cultural use of SNSs.This study mainly draws on relevant research results at home and abroad,and conducts an intensive study on the influence of cross-cultural use of SNSs on user satisfaction based on the user satisfaction theory of SNSs and SOR model.The main purpose and significance of this research lies in:on the theoretical level,the user theory and network factors affect the cultural integration and innovation diffusion.so as to improve the user satisfaction of the relevant theories and research methods to improve and improve.On the practical application level,it provides certain guidance for understanding the psychology and behavior of users with different cultural backgrounds,accurately grasping the influence of culture on users' use.and the influence of network design itself on users' use satisfaction,so as to increase the practical application of culture in SNSs.The purpose of this study is to use qualitative and quantitative research to explore the impact of cross-cultural use of SNSs,user needs and network factors on user satisfaction.By summarizing and analyzing the influence mechanism of cultural integration and innovation diffusion on user satisfaction,establishing a model,proposing hypothesis,combining the data of subjective assessment scale,using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 21.0 for statistical analysis,and verifying the hypothesis based on the results.The analysis shows that cultural integration and innovation diffusion have an impact on users' satisfaction with using SNSs,and prove that cultural integration and innovation diffusion are affected by user needs and network factors.It is of more practical significance to further expand the research conclusions and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the application of cross-cultural SNSs.
