In the current fierce market competition environment,the mode of operation and maintenance needs to change from the traditional offline operation and maintenance to online operation and maintenance,and the repeated use of data analysis technology and data processing technology to make effective use of its own customer resources,so as to improve the quality of customer operation and maintenance service and maintain user stickness.In this context,Heilongjiang Tietong Company not only needs to reorganize its business processes according to the standards of China Mobile Group,establish an electronic operation and maintenance system,and accelerate the improvement of the intelligent management level of Heilongjiang Tietong.In this paper,the requirements of Heilongjiang Tietong electronic operation and maintenance system were analyzed and sorted,and the use cases of core functions such as customer relationship maintenance,precision marketing management,installation and maintenance work order management,fault monitoring and positioning,operation and maintenance data statistics,and system management were modeled.Then the physical topology and hierarchical architecture are designed to determine the network structure and technical route of the system operation.Heilongjiang Tietong electronic operation and maintenance system is developed based on Java language.SpringMVC framework and MyBatis framework are used to build a hierarchical software architecture to separate view application,logic control and data model.According to the data requirements of the system,the logical structure of the database is modeled and the database tables are enumerated.Then,the customer feature clustering algorithm based on data mining and the fault location algorithm based on machine learning are designed.The former is based on decision tree to analyze and extract the relevance between customers and business services,while the latter is based on Adaboost algorithm to learn and remember the sample fault data to support the function operation of electronic operation and maintenance.According to the technology route to build customer relationship maintenance,precision marketing management,work order management,fault monitoring,operational data statistics,system management,and other core modules in detail the design and implementation,for different modules to participate in the program of classes and methods described,with the specific process to realize the function of electronic business operations.Finally,this paper deployed the test environment of Heilongjiang Tietong electronic operation and maintenance system,and then tested and verified the core function cases and performance indicators.The test results show that the page display of core modules such as customer relationship maintenance,precision marketing management,installation and maintenance work order management,fault monitoring and positioning,operation and maintenance data statistics and system management is normal,the business logic operation is normal,the output data is correct,and the functional test is passed.The performance test results show that the concurrent load capacity,corresponding time capacity,server load and other parameters are normal,and the performance test passes.From the actual application effect,Heilongjiang Tietong Electronic Operation and Maintenance System is an IT-oriented,efficient,closed-loop and controllable integrated production command and dispatch system.The establishment of the electronic operation and maintenance system is of great significance for promoting the development of Heilongjiang Tietong Network Operation and Maintenance.
