A Research On Intellectual Property Pledge Of Scientific And Technological Enterprises

In the early stage of the development,high-tech enterprises often face the difficulty of fund.Many of them have just intellectual property rights,but don't have enough cash flow to finance them.The intellectual property pledge financing can solve the problems in the early stage of the development of scientific and technological enterprises.However,in the practice,intellectual property pledge financing s often faced with problems such as difficult valuation,difficult disposal of mortgaged assets,etc..The purpose of this paper is to sort out the current situation of intellectual property pledge financing in China,and take the intellectual property pledge financing of enterprise A as a case study,this paper studies the financing pattern,intellectual property valuation method,the risk of all parties and the change of company performance before and after financing.It is found that in this case,according to its development,the bank recognized that it has certain repayment ability and agreed to loan for it,but at the same time required specific enterprise to guarantee its loan behavior;The government and a state-owned enterprise for the original intention of the service enterprise,and a deep understanding of enterprise A,agreed to its guarantee.Finally,under the guarantee of the state-owned enterprises,the bank agreed to the financing,and enterprise A also made great progress after the financing.But it is clear that the government and the state-owned enterprises are taking the main risks in this intellectual property financing.Based on the analysis of the current situation and the case study,this paper suggests that the government should take the lead in the financing pattern of intellectual property pledge,and the organizations in the industrial chain should fully participate in the overall layout,it is suggested that the evaluation results should be considered by not only one evaluation organization,and that the evaluation results should consider technology,market and industry at once and the result should be taken into account in the disposal difficulty.In the aspect of intellectual property rights realization,this paper proposes to construct an efficient intellectual property rights trading and transferring platform,and make intellectual property evaluation agencies,trading agencies and disposal agencies cooperate or merge their operations.
