As an important part of daily consumer goods,the circulation efficiency of FMCG is closely related to people's life.Traditional FMCG circulation supply chain relies on a large number of distributors and agents with distinct levels,which leads to many links,low efficiency and high cost in FMCG supply chain.At the same time,with the upgrading of FMCG categories and the change of consumer demand to individualization and diversification,the traditional FMCG circulation model can not meet the market demand.The B2 B warehouse and distribution integration model provides a new idea for FMCG circulation.In theory,B2 B warehouse and distribution integration model can effectively reduce the supply chain links of FMCG,thereby improving the circulation efficiency and reducing its circulation cost.However,in practice,it still faces problems such as high warehousing operation cost,poor distribution timeliness and low customer satisfaction.A large part of the reason of these problems are caused by the unsmooth connection of all links of warehouse and distribution integration business process,Therefore,it has important practical significance to carry out research on the optimization of the warehousing and distribution integration business process of FMCG B2 B.Through literature reading and on-the-spot investigation,on the basis of fully understanding the business process of B2 B warehouse allocation integration of FMCG,combined with the relevant theories and methods of business process optimization,optimizing the research object of this article.The main contents and conclusions include the following aspects:The research object of this paper is the business process that traditional FMCG enterprises(third-party logistics enterprises)provide warehousing and distribution services for FMCG B2 B e-commerce platform enterprises by integrating warehousing and distribution resources.Firstly,analyze the characteristics of B2 B warehouse and distribution integration business of FMCG,the main characteristics include small scale of single order,difficulty of warehouse management and efficient delivery,etc.Further detailed analysis was made on the main operations in the three links of FMCG B2 B warehouse and distribution integration business process,that is,order processing,warehouse management and distribution management.Based on Petri net modeling principle,establish the Petri net model of FMCG B2 B warehouse distribution integration business process,and through the model reduction and the associated matrix analysis method to analyze the characteristics of the Petri Net model,the model is decomposed into several subnets and the conflicts and synchronization between subnets are analyzed in detail based on the association matrix recombination algorithm.Secondly,through the analysis of the built model we found the problems in the FMCG B2 B warehousing and distribution integration business process.The original warehouse and distribution integration business process is optimized from the aspects of moving the order review link to the upstream e-commerce platform enterprise,adding abnormal order processing,processing order according to it's characteristics,and increasing vehicle arrangement methods.Based on workflow time and Markov chain,the optimized warehouse and distribution integration business process is verified.The verification results based on workflow time show that the optimized process is more efficient.The verification results based on Markov chain show that the optimized model has shorter average delay time,lower blockage rate and higher efficiency.Finally,in order to gain competitive advantages in the competition,FMCG warehouse and distribution integration enterprises need to strengthen four aspects of construction of of informationization,intelligence,automation and standardization,establish the consciousness of business process optimization for all employees,and optimize the enterprises business process continuously.
