In recent years,the communication traffic between China and other countries and regions has exploded.The long coastline provides a wealth of options for landing points for the construction of long-distance,fast,and high-quality submarine optical network transmission systems.In order to occupy a leading position in the field of submarine optical communications,a professional transmission performance evaluation tool can help design a submarine optical network transmission system that meets market needs and enhances its competitiveness,saving time,money and costs.In this paper,the research on the transmission performance evaluation and analysis needs of the submarine optical network is carried out,and the function and architecture of the submarine optical network transmission performance evaluation and analysis software are designed,and the analysis of the transmission performance and reliability of the submarine optical network is realized.The main work and results of the thesis are as follows:1.Investigated the resource configuration and usage specifications of ordinary optical communication simulation software,and designed a software architecture for the topology design and performance analysis of the submarine optical network system.The architecture carries the communication device model,network simulation model and performance evaluation model.2.Analyzed the specific needs of current network planners for transmission performance evaluation,and from the perspective of implementation,the software is divided into seven main modules:resource management,optical communication device management,network topology design,simulation operation control,performance analysis report,system use assistance,and human-computer interaction interface.3.The main performance indicators of optical network transmission are studied,and the hierarchical analysis process algorithm is proposed.The individual indicators are freely combined to comprehensively evaluate the performance of the system.The analysis results are helpful to improve the design of submarine optical network transmission systems.4.The construction of the software interface is completed,and it has both practicality and aesthetics.Through the transmission simulation of the network designed by the user,the function of generating the performance analysis report is realized,and the goal of guiding the design of the submarine optical network and optimizing the construction process of the project is achieved.
