The knowledge graph construction and management platform for science and technology consulting is provided for domain experts,experts of science and technology consulting and knowledge graph researchers.The tool to obtain high-quality knowledge system from structured/semi-structured/unstructured data sources should have the following three properties.Firstly,each link of the construction process is smoothly connected,and the whole life cycle is engineered.Secondly,big data technology is used to integrate massive,multi-source and heterogeneous domain data,artificial intelligence technology is used to drive large-scale knowledge acquisition,and the contradiction between automated and artificial methods is balanced.Thirdly,it has strong operability,to achieve multi-domain reuse.Although relevant knowledge graph products have made remarkable achievements at present,there are still problems and challenges such as unclear domain data hierarchy,difficult cross-domain connection,difficult balance between accuracy and efficiency,scattered construction process links and inadequate knowledge mining.1)The traditional cross database scanning method has gradually been unable to meet the needs of knowledge acquisition and analysis of massive,multi-source and heterogeneous data.2)In the process of domain knowledge graph construction,the contradiction between accuracy and efficiency is more prominent.A single top-down manual construction method ensures the accuracy of knowledge graph,but the process is cumbersome and the scale of knowledge is limited.A single bottom-up data-driven method is suitable for large-scale knowledge acquisition,but it is easy to cause loose structure and lack of strict pattern constraints.3)Each step of the construction process of the existing domain knowledge graph platform requires a large amount of time and labor costs to complete the connection of the decentralized links.In view of the above problems and challenges,this paper focuses on the research of the unified information model of big data for science and technology consulting,the construction method of domain knowledge graph ontology and data,and the design and implementation of knowledge graph construction and management platform for science and technology consulting.The main research contents are as follows:1)This paper designs and implements a unified information model of big data for science and technology consulting,which is thematic,hierarchical and relational for cross-domain data fusion.By means of horizontal topic domain division,vertical hierarchical modeling and business label association organization,the multi-topic,multi-source and heterogeneous data in the current science and technology consulting field are opened up,which provides a reference for the formulation of standards and specifications for the resource system in the science and technology consulting field.2)This paper designs and implements a method of constructing domain knowledge graph ontology and data based on hybrid pattern.Taking the top-down artificial process as the main line,the label concept hierarchy and relationship set of ontology are defined to ensure the professionalism of domain knowledge mapping.Taking the bottom-up data-driven process as the auxiliary line,the knowledge is acquired with the help of natural language processing model,and the graph scale is expanded under the strict constraints of ontology framework.3)A domain knowledge graph construction and management platform with loose coupling mode and freely choreographed task flow is designed and implemented.Through the mutual support of "big data platform+AI open platform+ knowledge graph platform",the relationship between automation process and human participation is balanced.It not only improves the utilization rate of existing resources,but also enhances the fluency of each link in the construction of domain knowledge graph and the reuse capability of the platform.Finally,the platform is applied to the national key research and development project "Research and development of science and technology consulting technology and service platform based on big data".In the context of science and technology consulting,the platform has built the knowledge graph of the technology chain and industrial chain in nine frontier fields,such as artificial intelligence,big data and quantum communication,which verifies the effectiveness and practical application value of the theoretical methods and platform in this paper.
