The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that my country's economic development has entered a new era,and innovation is listed as the core strategic task of the country's comprehensive development,and it is also the first driving force to promote the country's comprehensive development.With the continuous growth of enterprises,modern management enterprises have to face the principal-agent problem.In order to maximize their own interests,managers negatively treat innovative investments that require high investment in the early stage and have a high risk of failure.The employee stock ownership plan can effectively alleviate the agency problem.At the same time,the high mobility of technical talents and the reduction of work enthusiasm will seriously affect the progress of scientific and technological innovation activities,and in the long run will affect the improvement of the level of innovation of enterprises,resulting in the unsustainable development of enterprises.In the globalized market,enterprise competition is becoming more and more fierce.Enterprises and even countries need to rely on innovation for sustainable development.If they do not innovate,they will only be abandoned by the times.In order to maintain their core competitive advantages,they must constantly improve their level of innovation.In June 2014,the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the"Guiding Opinions on the Pilot Implementation of Employee Stock Ownership Plans by Listed Companies".This is the beginning of the standardization and standardization of employee stock ownership plans in my country,but how does the employee stock ownership plan motivate senior executives?Realizing the transformation of corporate technological innovation performance with technical talents is still a problem that still needs to be resolved.This article takes Huawei Technologies Co.,Ltd.as the research object,adopts a combination of theory and practice,and combines quantitative and qualitative research methods.Based on the theoretical basis of human capital theory,incentive theory,principal-agent theory and technological innovation theory,the employee stock ownership plan Conducted research on the impact of enterprise technological innovation.The article puts forward and verified the mechanism of the impact of the employee stock ownership plan on enterprise technological innovation,and studied the changes in the company's technological innovation-related data after Huawei's latest implementation of the employee stock ownership plan.The study found that after the implementation of the employee stock ownership plan,the benefits and The company's performance is closely linked,the two have formed a community of benefits,and at the same time a risk-sharing mechanism between the company and employees has been constructed,thereby reducing agency costs,increasing funding for scientific and technological research and development,increasing the number and proportion of R&D personnel,and promoting patents.The progress of the application and authorization,after the achievement of scientific and technological innovation generates income,enterprises increase R&D investment,thereby enhancing the level of enterprise technological innovation.Therefore,certain suggestions are put forward for the company's implementation of employee stock ownership plans to promote corporate technological innovation:it is necessary to cultivate the sense of ownership of employees,use the connection of employee stock ownership to form a community of interests;establish and improve the company's internal shareholder representative committees,and elect employees to exercise shareholders.Rights and interests;we must attach importance to technological innovation,enterprises set up scientific research investment funds to encourage innovation,and establish a set of technological innovation training mechanisms.
