Under the background of China's social transformation,upgrading and rapid change,the social structure and interest relations have undergone dramatic changes.The coexistence of conflict and pluralism has brought great uncertainty,which has given birth to the universal anxiety of the society.With the development of the Internet,the relationship between people and the media is getting closer and closer.In the process of individual anxiety gradually spreading into social anxiety,the media also plays an important role.Youth group is the largest proportion of "anxious group",and also the main Internet users.They receive and transmit information through the media platform,and are more vulnerable to the influence of media environment and media content.The mass media should consciously take on the social responsibility,avoid becoming a "booster" for the generation of social anxiety among young people,and at the same time actively play their own emotional guidance role,so as to help ease the social anxiety of youth groups and cultivate a healthy and good mentality.The introduction part discusses the background and significance of the topic,defines the concepts of "youth group" and "social anxiety",and clarifies the age range and social anxiety connotation of the youth group.Through reading a large number of relevant literature,the current domestic and foreign research status is combed,on this basis,thinking and summarizing.The introduction also introduces the research methods and innovation points of the paper,which is ready for the research.The first chapter mainly analyzes the amplification effect of media content on social anxiety,that is,in the brewing and catalytic stage of social anxiety,how the content presented by media magnifies social anxiety and has an impact on young people.This chapter from the youth group's diversified symbol expression,the label discourse form,as well as the media's clear reality reflection,the flow of anxiety manufacturing four aspects to carry on the concrete analysis,discusses the media content realization of "Spread","Empathy","response" and "sensational" effect.The second chapter mainly analyzes the boosting effect of media environment on social anxiety,that is,how the whole media environment creates conditions for the dissemination of media content in the process of anxiety spreading to the outside world,and produces the linkage effect of boosting social anxiety of youth groups.This chapter analyzes its characteristics and Anxiety boosting role in the present media environment from the three elements of of youth groups,that is,the physiological and psychological negative state of youth groups;on the other hand,it examines the possible reaction and negative impact of social anxiety of youth groups on the media,that is,disturbance It has created a good media environment.The fifth chapter provides counseling strategies for resolving social anxiety of youth groups.This chapter puts forward suggestions from four aspects: the weaving of national safety net,the establishment of communicator norms,the exertion of information persuasion force and the improvement of media literacy of youth groups.The strategy starts from the national society,media,youth groups and other subjects,with macro supervision and micro self-discipline,which is more comprehensive.The social anxiety of young people shows distinct group characteristics.The in-depth research can provide reference for other groups' social anxiety research,which is conducive to the development of the whole social health mentality.The research,through the media perspective,observes and perspective the generation of social anxiety of young people,analyzes the factors that media promotes in it,and then starts from two aspects: improving the lack of media emotional relief and giving full play to the role of media pressure relief valve,and providing suggestions for the guidance of social anxiety of youth groups.
