Analysis Of The Current Situation Of Intellectual Property Literature Research In My Country

In recent years,the rapid development of economic globalization has greatly promoted the development of intellectual property.Intellectual property rights have become an integral part of China's rapid development.In his report to the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that we should "promote a culture of innovation and strengthen the creation,protection and application of intellectual property." Therefore,we can see the importance of intellectual property rights.Without the support of intellectual property rights,the development of all industries will be affected and the economic development of our country will be indirectly affected.Therefore,it is imperative to strengthen the research in the academic field of intellectual property.Therefore,this study will make a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of intellectual property literature research in China from the perspective of information visualization.First of all,this study understands the development status and existing problems of intellectual property at home and abroad through the method of literature,and collects,statistics and sorts out the data based on the core journals of intellectual property in China,so as to provide the data basis for the following research.Secondly,the paper analyzes the literature research status of the annual output,authors,institutions and locations,and key words.Thirdly,software such as BICOMB,VosViewer,Origin,SPSS and GCLUTO are used to construct scientific knowledge map to visualize and sort out intellectual property academic papers in China.Finally,according to all the research conclusions,this paper draws the research status of intellectual property literature in China,and reflects the development status of intellectual property field in China.In the process of research,it is found that the annual output of intellectual property documents in China is decreasing year by year.The main publishing institutions are mainly concentrated in economically developed areas with high scientific research level.The author's personal works are outstanding,but the communication and cooperation between authors are less.It reflects that the level of academic research results has a great relationship with the geographical location,fund investment and the encouragement and support of universities and other institutions.The research focuses on the protection of intellectual property and innovation research,and the development of innovation is inseparable from the protection of intellectual property.Therefore,besides innovation,intellectual property protection is also of great importance in the academic field of intellectual property in China.
