As a new kind of image acquisition product,high frame rate image acquisition device has received more and more attention.This kind of image acquisition device can collect image information under the condition of high frame rate.The large amount of data in high frame rate image acquisition will lead to higher quality requirements of transmission lines and occupy a large amount of space resources of circuit board.As a result,the image acquisition device has a large volume and is unable to complete the high frame rate image acquisition tasks,which require strict space requirements,such as aerospace.Therefore,the research on the miniaturization of high frame rate image acquisition device has certain practical significance and economic value.This paper introduces the research background and research status of high frame rate image acquisition device,and analyzes the circuit structure and working principle of CMOS image sensor in detail.The HI3519A integrated with H.265 compression algorithm is designed as the core processor,IMX421 with SLVS-EC interface as the front-end image sensor,and KLM8G1GETM with HS400 high-speed interface as the data receiving and storage module.Gigabit Ethernet port and USB3.0 interface are high frame rate image acquisition devices for image data down channel.In order to ensure the quality of signal transmission,the signal integrity of the device circuit is simulated and analyzed from four perspectives: impedance of single network,crosstalk between networks,track collapse simulation of power supply and ground plane,electromagnetic interference and radiation.In order to ensure the quality of power supply system and ground plane,the power integrity of the device circuit is simulated and analyzed from the perspectives of power channel impedance,DC voltage drop of circuit board and circuit board temperature.Finally,a test platform was built for functional verification of the image acquisition device,including quality analysis of the key signal line to verify the signal quality on the transmission line.By configuring the frame rate of the image sensor,the quality of the image collected by the device under different frame frequency and bit rate is verified.It has been proved that the design has good signal and power quality,and can achieve high quality 1080P@240FPS image acquisition,and the external size is only 45×45×30mm(with base).
