With the continuous development of internet technology and the increasing demand of users,software products must be continuously innovated and upgraded to adapt to the increasingly fierce competitive environment.In the iterative updating process of software products,users usually propose concrete functional/performance requirements based on innovation expectation and preference perception.As a set of closely related requirements,software features can effectively reflect and describe user requirements.Therefore,feature-oriented innovation of software products can quickly and effectively meet the requirements of users,and then realize the updating and optimization of software products.In addition,as the purchasers and users of software products,the design and optimization of innovation schemes considering their preference information can help improve the accuracy and success rate of software development.Therefore,the research on feature-oriented innovation of software products considering users' innovation preferences is of great guiding significance for software development.Based on the feature idea,this paper studies how to analyze users' innovation preferences to ensure the accurate development of software products,and how to design and optimize the software product innovation schemes to realize the effective innovation of software products and the scientific decision-making of innovation schemes.Specifically,this research mainly includes the following three parts.(1)Analysis of the users' innovation preferences based on I-Kano modelIn order to ensure the accuracy and success rate of software product innovation research and development,this paper proposes an innovative Kano(I-Kano)model based on traditional Kano to study the information of users' innovation needs and preferences.The model analyzes the innovation types of software features through the fuzzy I-Kano questionnaire,and quantifies the relationship between the innovation degree of software features and user satisfaction.(2)Design of the innovation schemes based on the element vary innovation theoryIn order to solve the problem of insufficient research on software product innovation design,this paper proposes a feature-oriented design method of software product innovation schemes based on the element vary innovation theory.This method firstly clarifies the nine innovation rules of software features,namely decomposition and removal,combination and integration,local optimization,substitution,dynamicity,self service,friendliness,flexibility and intelligentization.Then the innovation opportunities of software features are identified by coupling innovation elements and innovation rules.Finally,the combination method is adopted to generate the innovation schemes of software products.(3)Optimization of the innovation schemes based on the SFC-Dim three-dimensional evaluation model and the interval-valued 2-tuple linguistic TOPSIS-GRA evaluation methodIn order to realize the comprehensive evaluation and scientific decision-making of software product innovation schemes,this paper constructs the SFC-Dim three-dimensional evaluation index system,which is composed of innovation satisfaction,product friendliness and innovation cost,and proposes the TOPSIS-GRA evaluation method based on interval-valued 2-tuple linguistic.Firstly,the SFC-Dim three-dimensional indexes of software product innovation schemes are evaluated by the interval-valued 2-tuple linguistic.Then the software product innovation schemes are optimized by integrating Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution and the Grey Relation Analysis(TOPSIS-GRA).Based on the above research contents,this paper takes the innovation design and development of the work value management system as an example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed feature-oriented software innovation research method that considers users' innovation preferences,which provides theoretical and practical basis for software enterprises' product innovation and R&D management.
