At present,with the gradual enrichment of survey research and the booming development of social media,the number of social media users who have experienced negative perceptions through social media has been increasing.The enthusiasm and participation rate of users on various social media platforms continue to decrease,from the original active users to inactive users.This is the social media fatigue defined in this article.Compared with users' willingness to use and their continued use behavior,the passive use behavior of social media burnout users presents more complex and diversified characteristics,and has a strong negative impact on social media,which can easily lead to social media Active users have reduced and other harms,but for the time being,academic research in this field is still slightly lacking.The existing academic research results are not yet able to make a reasonable and effective interpretation of the causes,development patterns and influence effects of social media burnout users' negative behaviors.At present,the research on social media burnout is basically carried out through a single research factor,which explores the passive use of social media burnout or discusses its influencing factors.In the negative behavior test of social media burnout,there has been a classification of the degree of negative behavior,but there is a lack of classification research that affects negative behavior.Current research shows that there are factors that can affect the passive use behavior of social media burnout users,and whether these factors will affect social media burnout users to what extent.This paper analyzes and explores the impact of burnout users' negative behaviors from four different directions: perception factors,personal factors,external environmental factors,and social factors.There is no obvious correlation between the negative use behavior of users with media burnout;the perceived ease of use has an obvious negative correlation with the negative use behavior of social media burnout users.In terms of the user's personal factors,there is an obvious negative correlation between self-efficacy and social media burnout users' negative use behavior;role ambiguity,conflict,overload,privacy concerns,and emotional experience are all related to social media burnout users' negativity Usage behavior shows a significant positive correlation.Among environmental factors,there is no obvious correlation between information overload and the passive use behavior of social media burnout users;functional overload presents an obvious positive correlation with the passive use behavior of social media burnout users.In terms of social factors,social concerns and herdity have shown obvious negative correlations with social media burnout users' negative use behaviors.
