| As a social institution that records human practice activities,archives are of great value to the people and the country.The archives established in our country have a long history and tradition.Many regional archives are facing problems such as heat insulation and low floors,and urgently need to be improved.Applying green or sustainable buildings to archive facilities is a way to improve the sustainability of archives.Green construction methods can improve the usability of products and can bring various economic,social and environmental benefits to archives.The building materials used in the green archives usually provide good conditions for archive storage due to their recyclable characteristics.They not only meet environmental control standards,but also benefit archive users and archive staff.As an inevitable product of the development of the times,green archives can not only better protect archive information resources,but also make corresponding contributions to protecting the ecological environment and protecting the common home of mankind.At present,a number of green archives have been built in China.This article selects four archives from Beijing Archives,Shenzhen Archives,Suzhou Industrial Park Archives,and Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Library and Archives to conduct network and field research and analysis.The achievements and shortcomings of the construction of archives in the four places are summarized and the development trend of green archives is summarized finally.It aims to explore a feasible way for the construction of green archives through analysis of construction principles,advantages and disadvantages. |
