Modern Communication has entered the era of data,automation and intelligence,and great changes have taken place in the main body of news and information production,the form of information content,the carrier of communication and the relationship between the two parties,once the traditional radio and television professional media are facing great challenges.In 2019,General Secretary Xi further called for the establishment of a modern all-media communication system to promote the integration and development of traditional media and new media.Integration is a must for all media.As a city-level local mainstream media,Chongqing Radio & TV Group(CRTV)has been transforming and upgrading in the all-media era,making continuous efforts to promote the implementation of the media integration strategy,making full use of new media technology and Internet platform for innovative integration,and making breakthroughs.Under the background of the construction of all-media Communication System,this paper studies the current situation,strategic measures and integration of all-media transformation of Chongqing Radio & TV Group under the guidance of National Strategy.The first chapter is mainly about the background of the topic,related concepts,theoretical definitions and innovative points,etc..The research on the whole media is mainly explained by case experience,but from the present research,the research on the municipalities directly under the Central Government in southwest China is still insufficient.Therefore,Chongqing Radio and television group as the main body of research.The second chapter begins to study the current situation of media convergence and various factors and conditions to support the media convergence work of radio and television group.Chapter III on how to promote the integration of Chongqing Radio and television group strategy,building an all-media communication system,study specific measures and focus on building new media products.The Fourth Chapter is the investigation,the interview content,the analysis entire media construction dissemination effect,the thorough understanding Chongqing radio and television group Financial Media Center's business practice.The fifth chapter is based on the research of media center,to find out the problems from an objective point of view,and give the corresponding development strategy recommendations,and the future of all media group outlook.In the course of the research,we used the methods of questionnaire survey and content research to study the communication effect of the news client of "the first sight",which is the key platform of the whole media,combining with field investigation and in-depth interview,this paper discusses the way of Chongqing Radio & TV Group merging with new media from many aspects.In general,the media convergence strategy of Chongqing Radio and television group focuses on the improvement and optimization of the radio and television news client.As a representative of traditional media,Chongqing Radio &TV Group is also faced with problems in the process of integration,such as rigid mechanism,limited innovation space and so on.Constructing an all-media communication system is a news and communication undertaking in line with the law of media development,and the official mainstream media will accomplish the great mission of the Times.
