| The large-scale generation and rapid growth of unstructured archive data have brought tremendous pressure to archive staff.In the management process of unstructured archive data,there are often phenomena such as incomplete archive storage and low storage and retrieval efficiency.Faced with the high requirements and high standards of my country's social construction and development in the new era environment,my country urgently needs to accelerate the pace of theoretical innovation and practical exploration of unstructured archive data management in order to help my country's highquality development during the 14 th Five-Year Plan period.Realize the long-term goal of a modern and powerful socialist country.Therefore,in December 2019,the National Archives Administration officially issued the "Archive Data Storage Specification Based on Document-based No SQL Databases"(hereinafter referred to as the "Specifications"),which was implemented on May 1 of the following year.This standard stipulates The basic functions,implementation methods and overall requirements of using a document database to store archival data.Now based on the "Specifications",research is carried out on the storage and application practice of archive data based on document-based No SQL databases.The introduction mainly introduces the related concepts of the research topic,the current research status at home and abroad,the significance of the topic selection,the research characteristics,and the innovations and deficiencies.The main part of the article consists of five chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the objective requirements for the development of unstructured archives data in my country,changes in the archive management work environment,and related policy requirements and technical conditions.Chapter Two discusses the content and characteristics of the "Code" in detail.The third chapter mainly discusses the storage and application of archival data based on document-based No SQL databases,fully demonstrates the advantages and value of archival data storage based on document-based No SQL databases from a practical perspective,and explains its specific applications.The fourth chapter mainly combines the current development of my country's archives and the British National Archives' practical experience based on file-based database archive data storage,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for the early stage of the construction of my country's filebased database archives data storage,so as to better promote our country's The implementation and popularization of the Code.Chapter 5 summarizes and looks forward to the research content as a whole. |
