With the development and maturity of artificial intelligence technology,its combination with all aspects of people's life has become more and more extensive.The application of artificial intelligence improves the productivity and creativity of the whole society,and it has formed a new form of economic development.The practice of intelligent outbound call is a new innovative application developed by artificial intelligence on the basis of traditional call center.Because the development of artificial intelligence algorithm is driven by large-scale data,in order to make the intelligent outbound call system more intelligent,it is necessary to provide enough data sets for training.Open source data is difficult to meet the specific needs of intelligent outbound call,so it is also necessary to obtain more available data through annotation and other ways.In view of the above problems,this thesis designs and implements a set of annotation system combined with intelligent outbound call service.The system designs a complete data annotation process,including many links from business data collection to task assignment to data annotation.In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of data annotation,the system also uses some auxiliary annotation schemes to reduce the cost of annotation and improve the availability of the system.In addition,the system is constructed in the form of microservice module,which facilitates the later function iteration and improves the expansibility of the system.This thesis first introduces the background and significance of the research and briefly describes some related technologies involved in the project.Then,combining with the scene of intelligent outbound call,it puts forward some functional and non-functional requirements and analyzes and discusses the key issues of the system.After that,it designs and implements the system in detail based on the functional modules of the system In the end,the research content of the project is summarized and the future work of the project is prospected.
