As the size of the power grid continues to expand,the power communication network which is a supporting network of the power grid becomes more complex and fragile.Identifying and protecting important nodes in the power communication networks in advance is an effective method to reduce network vulnerability.As the carrier of power grid production control and enterprise information management,the power communication network is directly related to the reliability and stability of power system operation.Therefore,analyzing the vulnerability of the power communication network is an urgent need to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power communication network,and it is an important technical support to provide high-quality services for the power system.Based on the research of complex networks and the background of power communication networks,we analyze the structural characteristics of power communication networks and propose a hierarchical method for identifying vulnerable parts of power communication networks.The method from different perspectives is expressed by network operation,services importance,services flow,and administrative level indicators.Among them,the services importance and the the services flow distribution indicators combine the characteristics of the link availability and the main and standby service routing,thereby obtaining a more accurate identification result of the vulnerable parts of the power communication network.Through simulations,the rationality of the identification method is verified.Then,the power communication network is divided into three logical layers to identify the critical nodes in the network,namely the physical topology layer,the transport layer,and the service layer.In the physical topology layer,node criticality and node degree are used as local attributes of node importance.In order to distinguish whether the chain structure is at the edge of the network or at the boundary position,the node betweenness is continuously introduced as a global attribute of the physical topology layer.The transport layer and the business layer consider the characteristics of the power services in the power communication network.The services traffic carried by the node is an indicator to identify the importance nodes in the transport layer.And the services importance carried by the node to is used to quantify the importance of the node in the service layer.Finally,we propose a multi-attribute decision-making algorithm.This algorithm measures the criticality of the nodes through membership degree within each layer,and introduces basic measurement credibility to describe the credibility of each single-layer measurement of node criticality.Then build a binary sequence based on the number of logical levels,determine the corresponding metric results based on the binary sequence,the measurement results at different logical layers,and the basic measurement credibility.Complete the node criticality calculation,and then identify the critical nodes in the power communication network.Combined with the vulnerability analyses of the power communication network,the accuracy of the identification results is verified by examples and the correctness of the algorithm is verified.
