With the advent of the all-media era,the user's demand for information has undergone profound changes.As a carrier of information,the media has undergone dramatic changes along with changes in reading habits of users.With the popularity of smartphones,more and more users have begun to use mobile The Internet is used to obtain the latest information.At the same time,as the pace of modern urban life further accelerates,fragmented reading has become a common reading habit of the majority of users.In the context of drastic changes in user habits,traditional media must adapt to the needs of the times to transform and upgrade according to user needs,so as to expand the market size and achieve longer-term development.Based on this,this article decided to analyze the transformation of traditional media in detail based on user needs.This article first introduces user demand analysis theory.Secondly,clarify the research framework and research method of this article.This article is guided by the theory of user needs analysis,and then focuses on the research methods of this article,namely the questionnaire survey method and interview analysis method.Thirdly,based on a brief introduction of the results of the questionnaire survey and the interviews,an in-depth discussion was carried out and a clear method for the transformation of XX Daily in the future was put forward.From the perspective of user needs,the paper focuses on the determination of the user needs analysis framework of XX Daily,and further explores and proposes transformation that meet market needs.The relevant research findings not only help to provide reference and guidance for the smooth transformation and upgrading of XX Daily and to enhance competitiveness.At the same time,as a typical case,the research results hope to provide a reference for the transformation and upgrading strategies of traditional media in the all-media era.This paper has obtained the following conclusions: 1.Traditional media transformation must be guided by user needs,starting from the audio-visual needs,content needs,operational needs,emotional needs,and platform needs to find out their specific needs,and then use this To carry out targeted transformation based on the foundation;2."XX Daily" user demand is constantly increasing,audio-visual requirements require avariety of interface styles,content requirements are required to have deeper content products and rich originality,operation requirements are required "XX Daily" is more practical and more functional.Emotional requirements are required to inspire people,and platform requirements are required to ensure the authenticity of the content.3.In order to realize the transformation of "XX Daily",this article believes that the following points should be done: the audio-visual interface style should increase aesthetics and actively use short videos;the content aspect should enhance the content depth and originality;the operation aspect should be more interactive and realize Personalized push news;the emotional aspect should avoid causing bad user emotions,and at the same time innovate the social attributes of the media;the communication platform should strengthen the media integration management,talent resource integration management and the integration of the old and new platform culture.
