In the context of globalization, interculture communication has become a norm.interculture TV program refers to the type of TV program with the theme of interculture communication, which is usually expressed as a TV program with foreigners as the main participants, and it is an important embodiment of the mediatization of the interculture communication.Under the existing unique media management system,Chinese interculture communication television programs show several common discourse characteristics: cultural-centrism perspective and the discourse characteristics of subject-object solidified thinking. With the development of Internet technology, the rapid development of social media has enabled the interculture communication to be carried out through social media without barriers.Globalization has entered the era 2.0 with the Internet as the main medium.Discourse characteristics have also changed accordingly.Informal Talks is a interculture communication program that appears in the context where the traditional media communication is transforming to the Internet communication.A certain degree of breakthrough has been achieved in the discourse expression of interculture communication: decentralization, establishing a reciprocal understanding structure, and breaking the group stereotype. However,as a provincial-level TV production,a interculture communication program broadcast simultaneously on TV and Internet,Informal Talks achieved a certain degree of breakthrough in the expression of interculture communication. This study uses the program as a sample of the changes and development of the interculture communication program in the marketization process.Through participatory observation and literature research, this study analyzes the changes of Informal Talks produced by the media regulation and commercial logic.Through the research,we can see that the TV program shows advanced attempts such as decentralization, establishment of a reciprocal understanding structure, and breaking group stereotypes in interculture communication. As a provincial-level TV production, the interculture communication program broadcast simultaneously on TV and Internet is also under dual pressure from political regulations and the commercial regulations. Therefore, some changes have gradually occurred in the survival and development of the program. The text found through research that the program trends in personnel selection are younger age and pornographic consumption of men, while in the selection of topics, there has been a trend of crystallization, entertainment, and idol consumption.Faced with changes in the external political and economic environment, the program seeks changes in the pursuit of survival and development.Under the influence of political regulation and commercial power, the program gradually stopped exploring the cultural boundaries, turning to more entertaining, and more in line with the mainstream ideology of consumerism. The commercial and the political power are consistent.Under the media environment of our country, all TV and Internet programs face opportunities and difficulties. Therefore, the change of Informal Talks is not only the development paradigm of interculture communication programs, but also the paradigm of all the cultural TV and Internet programs in China. The development paradigm is,in the stage of market expansion, that the cultural logic is the mainstay, and cultural boundaries are constantly being explored. In the development stage,it is incorporated by commercial and political power, and cultural logic is gradually obscured, and program logic is mainly political and commercial logic. The criticism of culture and the value of resistance finally disappeared.
