The Research On The Construction Of Participatory Digital Archives Resources

In the background of the digital age,digital transformation is an urgent problem that archives need to solve.As an important part of archive resource construction,the task of digital archive resource construction has become more and more burdensome.In the current society,the public participation consciousness is gradually increasing,the society is showing more inclusiveness and diversification,and the development of science and technology has also provided strong support for public participation.Upholding the principle of openness,the archives introduces outside forces,and cooperates with various organizations and the public in various forms to participate in the construction of digital archives resources.Introducing outside forces can help ease the work pressure of the archives department,optimize the resource allocation and improve the quality of the archives service.This is an important measure for archives to achieve digital transformation.However,as China's current practice in this area is still in early stage,social attention and participation have limited effectiveness,and further improvement is needed in terms of awareness,policy,technology,and action.Therefore,based on the current practice status in some archive departments,this paper conducts a research on the model of participatory digital archive resource construction,hoping to provide some strategies for the construction of participatory digital archive resources.This article includes six sections.The first section is introduction,which mainly describes the background and significance,the research summary,contents and methods.The second section is the related concepts and the theoretical basis.The third part is the current situation analysis about the construction of participatory digital archive resources.It analyzes the main problems and challenges.The fourth part is the participatory main modes of the construction of digital archives resources.It focus on analyzes participatory main modes,including classification character description and comparative analysis.The fifth part is the expansion strategy of the construction of digital archives resources,including transforming the role,establishing incentive mechanism,broadening participation channels,controlling the quality,and improving the security measures.The sixth part is the summary,shortcomings,and prospect the future research work.
