The deepening of economic globalization has made the market environment more complicated and intense.The deep integration of information and industrialization has become an important way for the manufacturing enterprises to improve the core competitiveness and cope with the dynamic change market.In an information-based solution,ERP,which is more flexible and supports dynamic business process reengineering,is the core.The shortcomings of the traditional ERP software lead to an urgent need for a rapid response to the needs of personalized business restructuring,but also reduce development costs,shorten the development cycle,and for enterprise independent development of ERP system development platform.To this end,this paper proposes a kind of enterprise business information mapping relationship based on supply chain operation reference model(SCOR)and unified modeling language(UML)as a modeling framework for a discrete manufacturing enterprise as a prototype enterprise,The main research work includes:enterprise modeling,component identification,visual development and component library implementation.The main research work includes:enterprise modeling,component identification,visual development and component library implementation.First,a new modeling method of enterprise business and information model is proposed.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of supply chain operation model(SCOR)and unified modeling language(UML),this paper proposes a SCOR-UML joint enterprise modeling method.For the prototype enterprise,the standard layer and the extension layer of the complete SCOR model are established,and the concrete analysis of each layer is carried out.On this basis,the multi-dimensional mapping from the SCOR model to the UML view is completed,A more complete business model and information model.Secondly,the establishment of SCOR refinement model and multi-view combined with the extraction of core elements,matrix transformation clustering algorithm to deal with the degree of correlation matrix recognition method.Based on the functional characteristics,the role characteristics,the interaction characteristics and the operational characteristics as the identification basis,the activity correlation matrix is established.The matrix transformation algorithm is used to deal with the activity correlation matrix,and the initial business components are extracted and introduced into granularity,cohesion and coupling As a performance measure,the performance of the initial identification of components for performance evaluation.Finally,the author has developed the software entity library of the prototype software system of visual ERP system,designed the organizational structure of the ERP component software library according to the SCOR model framework and pan-ERP thought.The visualization development platform has been introduced to complete the SCOR implementation layer business component concept model to the software Entity development;through the basic level from the module level to the system level of business components software software step by step assembly,completed a simple workshop manufacturing execution system of component-based rapid development.
