Research Of Knowledge Sharing Service Of Large And Medium-sized Private Enterprise Library

In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge,as the core element of the development of private enterprises and the innovation of employees,is paid more and more attention by the managers of private enterprises.In view of this,as a knowledge management organization,the library is gradually rising in private enterprises.Managers hope that through the platform of Enterprise Library,knowledge can be shared between employees and organizations to get the effect of knowledge appreciation.However,it is not easy to build a library knowledge sharing platform in private enterprises,which has higher requirements on the capital strength and corporate culture of private enterprises.Small and micro private enterprises often fail to achieve the expected results in the construction,and the construction of large and medium-sized private enterprises is more reasonable.So what is the actual situation of knowledge sharing service in large and medium-sized private enterprise libraries? What are the influencing factors of knowledge sharing service between staff and organization? What are the needs of employees for knowledge sharing? What are the strategies to carry out knowledge sharing service in large and medium-sized private enterprise libraries? These problems are the central content of this paper.Based on the theory and experience of library knowledge sharing at home and abroad,the author adopts literature research,interview survey,questionnaire survey and case analysis.This paper mainly studies the feasibility of knowledge sharing in large and medium-sized private enterprise libraries,the influencing factors of knowledge sharing in private enterprise libraries and the current situation of knowledge service in large and medium-sized private enterprise libraries.Finally,through the analysis of the research content,it puts forward a reasonable service strategy.The thesis is divided into six parts:Firstly,the paper explores the background and current situation of library knowledge sharing;secondly,it combs and states the related theories of the Research Institute,including the concepts of private enterprise library,knowledge management,knowledge sharing and private enterprise library knowledge sharing;thirdly,it analyzesthe feasibility of large and medium-sized private enterprises to carry out library knowledge sharing,mainly including enterprises Culture,capital support and staff demand are three levels.Then,the paper investigates and analyzes the influencing factors and current situation of knowledge sharing in large and medium-sized private enterprise library,including interview,questionnaire and case analysis.Finally,the paper studies the knowledge sharing strategy of large and medium-sized private enterprise library,mainly including the construction and Realization of service strategy Principles,basic construction,service channel construction and development mode construction.
