The leakage of water supply pipes is the main reason for the waste of urban water sources,which not only causes a shortage of water supply,but also has a serious impact on production and life.At present,there are many methods for pipeline leak detection at home and abroad,but most detection methods are complex to manipulate and require the technical support of large instruments and professionals.Considering the problems of complicated wiring,poor mobility,and inconvenience of updating and upgrading of traditional pipeline leak data detection devices,a portable pipeline leak data collection and analysis system based on wireless Bluetooth technology is designed to detect pipeline operation status and improve the efficiency of pipeline network detection.The main work is as follows:(1)According to the main form of pipeline leakage,the generation mechanism and amplitude-frequency characteristics of the leakage signal are analyzed,and the detection principle of the leakage signal,that is,the power spectrum estimation method is proposed.At the same time,the Bluetooth wireless transmission technology and Android development technology are introduced,which provides a theoretical and technical basis for the design and implementation of the system.(2)The designed system completes the data acquisition,analysis and management of pipeline underwater acoustic signals.Among them,the hardware circuit of the pipeline leak data collection end is mainly divided into three parts: sensor module,microprocessor module,and Bluetooth communication module,including the design of the sensor,signal conditioning circuit,microcontroller minimum system,and Bluetooth communication circuit.The sensor converts the underwater acoustic signal into an electrical signal and inputs it to the signal conditioning circuit for processing.The system uses the STM32F205RCT6 chip of the ARM Cortex-M3 architecture as a microprocessor module to collect pipeline underwater acoustic data through the chip's own ADC to simulate the pipeline underwater acoustic.The signal is converted into a digital signal and transmitted to the microprocessor.The main control chip and the Bluetooth B-0004 module carry out serial port data transmission,and the data transmitted wirelessly to the data receiving end through Bluetooth.The data collection is developed on Keil platform in the program design,which is mainly the microprocessor program design,including data collection design and data transmission design.At the same time,the relevant communication protocol is designed for Bluetooth wireless communication.(3)The data leakage end of the pipeline leakage data is mainly composed of the Android system general hardware platform with Bluetooth communication function and the Android APP.The designed APP is developed through the MVC software architecture model,and the working interface for real-time collection and parameter setting is designed,as well as the waveform display,data interaction.The data storage program implements the functions of wireless control,waveform display,and data file storage in the form of graphical user interface during data acquisition.(4)Tests and experiments were carried out on the designed system.The results show that the designed data acquisition system can effectively implement the functions of conditioning,acquisition,Bluetooth transmission,real-time waveform display,data storage and other functions of pipeline underwater acoustic signals.The data spectrum and correlation analysis based on the Matlab platform are used to verify the effectiveness and accuracy of the system for pipeline leak detection.Through the above design and testing,the system meets the technical requirements.The patrol personnel can walk along the pipe network with the Android smartphone installed with the water sound detection system APP,and can complete the patrol technical requirements of the water pipe network and analyze the relevant water acoustic data of pipe network,and put forward a criterion to diagnose the leakage of the pipe network.
