With the continuous development of smart phone technology and mobile network technology,mobile network short video platform as a carrier of entertainment and information sharing has attracted more and more attention.In this paper,based on the theories of industry economics related to communication,using the method of mathematical statistics and comparative analysis method,calculation of China mobile network short video market concentration,different stage of development and analysis of market structure of China mobile's network short video type,its market structure characteristics and the cause of problems,and put forward corresponding perfect measures in view of the problems.China's mobile network short video market has gone through three stages,namely the accumulation period,the transition period and the outbreak period.In accumulation period,absolute concentration and relative concentration are relatively high,and the transition of market concentration compared with accumulation period basically remain unchanged,but the outbreak period of absolute concentration and relative concentration reduced all have a certain range,thus making the transition to market structure by accumulation period and monopoly into a phase of the oligarchic monopoly.The main reasons for the formation of the monopolistic market structure in the accumulation period are that the network coverage is not wide,the traffic is expensive,and there are few short video manufacturers in the mobile network.The dominant market structure in the transition period is mainly caused by the fact that the early mobile network short video manufacturers have seized the market and the audience's usage habits have not changed,which leads to the failure to open the market.Burst into oligopoly market structure,not only because of the uneven development resources platform,especially the head products are more popular with capital and obtain more sustainable development of resources,but also because of homogenized competition caused the rapid decline of end products,big head with primitive accumulation and advertising bombing continuously engaged a bigger market.At present,the oligopoly market structure of short video in China's mobile network has led to the rise of industry barriers,the lack of benign competition mechanism,unfavorable content quality improvement and lack of protection mechanism,etc.,thus making the emerging mobile network short video platform unable to easily enter the short video market.At the same time,the dominant market structure of the head platform will make the market norms ineffective,which will lead to the loss of vitality of China's mobile network short video industry in the long run.Therefore,the government and relevant industry organizations must improve the laws and regulations related to short video,strengthen the supervision of short video content;Develop common standards for short video products and standardize the production process of short video;We will increase support,provide financial and technical support,encourage competition,provide after-sales services for short video products,establish a protection mechanism for short video creators,and actively promote the diversification of short video content on mobile networks to enrich short video content on mobile platforms.
