With the continuous development and expansion of the new media platform,We Chat official account has become an important way to disseminate information among major media,governments,enterprises and individuals.But how to manage and manage We Chat official account effectively is an urgent problem for state-owned enterprises to play its effective communication and publicity role.F company is a state-owned enterprise,established in 2011,currently has 6 holding subsidiaries.The company started building We Chat official account platform in 2019.It has been operating for over a year now.It also exposed some problems in operation and management in the process of continuous improvement and improvement.Based on F company based on the stakeholder perspective,to explore the key stakeholders We Chat company public attitudes and needs,to employees,cooperative institution and financing institution a questionnaire survey was conducted as the research object,through the survey found that F compony We Chat public system,lack of system content reading quantity is not high,layout is too single,and other issues.This paper USES the theory of stakeholders and its marketing thinking to conduct strategic research and analysis on the operation of We Chat public number,proposes optimization and improvement plans for the operation of We Chat public number,and formulates safeguard measures for implementation.Research results of this article is for F company established a complete set of new media operation and management system,using effective incentive mechanism to improve the stakeholders to We Chat public awareness and participation,by redesigning the menu Settings,column planning,the publishing frequency content,improve the quality of F compony We Chat public content production,combined with stakeholder requirements and to optimize the design of the layout,and enhance the brand influence of F company We Chat public number,for the same number of state-owned enterprises in We Chat public operations to provide the reference value.
